I never had any problems at this bookstore I went to the college for years and I was always able to get my books and the people let me use my voucher for financial aid and I always got my books and so I would say that they were friendly and I would recommend this location.

Books do not always specify if access code is added to book . if you open it, cannot returnI asked several times. Several people all responses the same. Not fair! Money wastedAnd should be reviewed! I love the bookstore staff all are very helpful and there that hot one I wish I could be with, but yeah whatever if you need anything they got you.

There is one girl in there, I think her name is Maria, shes the only helpful person in there. All the other girls behind the counter are slow, rude, and distracted all the time, even the older lady. She was talking to another person the whole time she was checking me out, while I was trying to ask her a question.

I love this bookstore. It is my favorite. It smells great too!!!

I hate this place. I rented a book that I could have just bought for $3 more. i was told it was $120 to buy and $83 to rent but when I returned it (mint condition) the lady said I should have just bought it for $86. RIDICULOUS

Neat. Helpful associates

Service is horrible, they are over priced and never have books in stock. They make the students that get financial aid and Scholarships wait until 10 days before class starts to get there books (which means if we have to order our books, we wont have them when class starts.) They never have the newest additions, and they try to make you purchase the old addition at an outrageous price. OAN: How can a college require a book for a course and the bookstore doesnt carry it?
