Mr. Alexander does amazing for a very good price! I have taken many shoes for repairs and a couple of shoes for color changes! Flawless work! They look like new shoes! Highly recommend.

Alexander’s does decent work. Unfortunately their inconsistent scheduled hours are somewhat inconvenient for working people. It makes it very hard for you to get your merchandise when it’s supposed to be finished. I’ve tried for 3 months once to get my shoes from Mr Alexander! 😳 My other issue with them is that after you’ve already paid a deposit on the items you left for repair when you come to pick up he charges additional taxes on your balance....NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS AT ALL!!! 😠

Friendly, professional and top notch work. My one and only place for all of my shoe repairs or enhancements! Today, I dropped off a pair of shoes and inquired about whether he could stitch my leather bag. Five mins later, it was done with no evidence of where the new stitching began!

Sorry but the truth must be told i was having my grandfathers belt that he gave me 20 years ago it had antique bucles . I wore the belt into the shop took it off and explained my problem. Alexander informed me it would be ready in a few days upon returning i i w there to pay for my belt and it hadnt been fixed furthermore a part of my buckle was missing from the belt as well as the screw that held the bucle hardware he said i mustve lost it at home i said impossible i iorn the belt into the shop. In other words he stole a part of my buckle . Alexander is a theif and very dishonest man never again will i frequent his shop Im very upset after having my grandfathers belt for 20 years one main reason i take my saddles and boots to hispanic shops so people take a picture of your merchandise before turning it over to him trust me i wouldnt lie about a belt folks

Had a pair of dress shoes, where one of the soles separated from the shoe. Didnt want to throw them out so early in their life. Did a quick Google Search in my area and found Alexanders Shoe Repair. They have a small show room so only a few people can come in at a time. I paid a little extra for the best soles that they offered and am very happy with there Service and the quality of work was Outstanding.

I was surprised if the small store that I found as Alexander Shoe Repair, however when I was inside they was extremely nice and they see your shoe at the same moment, examine and tell you the options that they have to repair your shoes, so after I decide they take only like 20 minutes to fix my shoes, they use very hood materials, they are very professionals y and the best thing is that you can pay either with cash or credit cards or debit card, again I loved the service and they also fix anything of leather.

Did a fantastic job putting new soles on my boots. I opted for rubber this time around and was not disappointed. I will definitely come back when its time to get them resoled again.
