If you need it, they most likely will have it. Pricing is great. No need to go to a box store. Check out could be a bit more friendly.
Aside from all of the fun treasures they have here the customer service we experienced was great. The owner was so nice and inviting and even showed us her dog. She’s knows Spanish which is a plus.
Finally found some one-of-a-kind pieces that I had searched high & low for, and hadnt seen anywhere else. So glad I found this place! Looks like they have a website now; I hope they start selling items online so I dont have to keep driving all the way to Houston to see what new items pop up.
Absolutely the finest comprehensive collection of vintage-antique hardware. Dont waste your time any where else (like I did!) I wasted money and time ordering items from online websites when I could have just made one run to this store.
It driver me crazy that they dont have a web site!!! Its 2013..... Who doesnt have a web site!!?? When I am looking for items that they may carry I cant look on the site to see if it is there or not. Also, I own an upholstery shop, and They are not an upholstery shop. They only sell hardware that you can order out of a catalog.
Horrible and rude customer service, no greeting and when I told the sales woman what I was looking for she actually rolled her eyes at me for not exactly what I wanted. The only reason I imagine they are still in business is charging $20+ per cabinet pull.
You can find the most exquisite and rare hardware pieces here.
Unparalleled selection of hardware for antique and modern furniture, as well as house features like door handles, keyholes, pulls, and knobs.
Wonderful selection, with very knowledgeable managers
Very handy
