I recently bought my first home and wanted to protect my investment. I was referred to Patrick Aguilar and cant commend him enough on how well he took care of us and our needs. Our home isnt huge and he only suggested 2 outdoor cameras and the doorbell cam because thats all we really needed. Comcast tried to push 3 cameras as well as the doorbell when I signed up for their internet, while only guaranteeing their low rate for 1 year and it would jump up after the first year. They made me feel like they just wanted all the money they could get from me. Patrick was very receptive to what I wanted and didnt try to sell me unnecessary fluff. The price was fair and the monthly bill is guaranteed for the entirety of my 3 year contract. On installation day, Chris Hanes came by on time within our time window and was very professional and informative. He finished installing quicker than I anticipated and spent a good amount of time walking us through how the 2gig panel works and the phone app, making sure we understood the service were paying for. I cant recommend this company enough, and applaud the professionalism and customer concern that I was offered by Patrick and Chris. I felt like they were on my side for me, and not just for my money. Happy with my purchase and cant recommend them enough

Worst Company ever!!!! If I could give them a negative star I would. I spoke with David Voncannon who was very nice until the 3 days cancellation was over then he stopped answering my calls. Referred me to call the IT who I have been calling for over 3 days to fixed an issue they neglected from day 1.My alarm was triggered and nobody called to verify, not even sure it went to the monitoring company.STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Allied installed my security system for Brinks and did an amazing job, I had multiple cameras installed inside and out, the doorbell ring, entry keypad, sensors and glass break system. My installer Joaquin was supposed to be here all day and actually completed everything ahead of time. He was very FAST and EFFICIENT. Afterwards, he explained everything he did and walked me through setting up everything on my phone and home tv for monitoring. I couldnt ask for a better technician. He was thorough and efficient!!! I had the privilege to get one of the best Armoni’s who was the manager and personnel that came to my house and educated me about the offers and services available to me and my family. As a nurse I know the importance of creating a rapport with client so I was looking to see if he was able to do that with me and he executed my expectation, he was well knowledgeable about the services provided and he didn’t make it overwhelming for me. He allowed me to ask any questions I had and on a side note he helped me kill a spider in my new home, that just sold me over completely because it showed that he wasn’t just there for busy but he is also human and it showed his humanity of caring. My technician was Matt, first of all me and me started off on a good note from the moment he entered my house to the instruction of the equipment to understanding the frequent interruptions of my child, he was patient and kind and very funny all through. I look for a knowledgeable person but also a person who can relate to their client. Both Armoni and Matt didn’t try to oversell me anything that wasn’t beneficial to me or my families protection. They are both keepers for sure.
