Super tough to get ahold of anyone at this office. Bad numbers everywhere even invoices. Received a good number through a PM on Facebook. Someone was out the next day and helped us with everything.

Company I work with contracted Stanley Security for surveillance systems only, at two locations. Contracts were for 5 years, with an annual auto-enrollment after, that was the first mistake. At 5-year mark equipment was so outdated not even manufacturer would provide support, while Stanley silently auto-enrolls so unless you cancel at specific date, get ready for an Early Termination Fee until year ends, DESPITE VIOLATING CONTRACT BY NOT BEING ABLE TO SUPPORT EQUIPMENT UNDER CONTRACT!For other location, Ive already pulled trigger on cancellations for contract end date so no auto-enrollments. However they did auto-enroll us on a fixed one time cost to be paid only through 1 year. That being brought to their attention (theyd be glad to keep billing us), its taken MONTHS to finalize an agreed credit, still ongoing so Ill update here if becomes YEARS. Its truly incredible how even meeting with them didnt help things. Im very VERY disappointed in this company to the extent that after cancellation at first location I spent less than 1 years cost (about $3100 for 8 Cams on a 500TB 16CH DVR) to BUY an NVR system with 12 cams, 16CH, better quality, including installation parts and labor, and does everything I expected but couldnt get Stanley to do. Overall I could have spent under $3,000 from day one if purchased NVR then, as opposed to spending over $17,000 (for duration of service) on a mediocre system but you know, live and learn... the hard way.

I dont know of a company that provides worse service. They dont know the meaning of customer service. If you have a problem, which you will, there will be no response from this company. It is beyond me how they remain in business. I had to click one star to post this message but they dont deserve one star.
