My husband went here this past week. It is kind of far from our home, so it took him a while to make the trip. It was WELL WORTH IT! The food was great! Staff was very helpful, and the market was clean. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!Great job!!

This place is like no other. Cleanliness, good prices, great customer service, great meat market, great staff. I love my neighborhood store!

This was our 2nd time here and I was absolutely displeased with how they treated us and their employees. We came in to order food and drinks. They gave us the cups and lids to fill out drinks. As my husband is grabbing his straw an putting on the lid, whom I assume is the owner, starts being loud and rude with my husband In Spanish and pointing to some sign (wich by the was is ONLY in Spanish) I then Proceed to tell him he doesnt READ or SPEAK SPANISH! And starts being loud with me as well about his sign and how we arent supposed to make our drinks. UHMMM excuse me but if you want people to know what your sign says then MAYBE IT SHOULD SO BE IN ENGLISH too, or put your drinks behind the kitchen if its that big of a deal! Your customers are not ONLY Spanish speaking/reading. He then proceeded to be loud with the employees too for giving us cups. Over all we wont be back, totally rude and disrespectful to all of us!

I’ve been visiting this store for years, but sadly it has been sold to new management. We all miss Frank. The family environment of this store is gone. Very sad.

Prices too high for meat products

Met the owner Frank while we were volunteering at the Houston Food Bank, such a genuine and caring guy, he referred me to his Carneceria, and I had a great experience! I usually don’t eat Mexican food but that all changes now. The food from here is very very good, produce is fresh and cheap, and the staff were very nice and caring. I will definitely come here again!

I live in Spring but I drive all the way down here because this place has the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever tried. I highly highly recommend it!

Service was excellent. Tacos were reheated in the microwave. At $2.25 USD a piece that is not cool. $28 for 8 tacos and two tall boys. Prices for beer and groceries were higher than that of convenient store. Never again.

My Latino friends are always tryna convince me to come here with them and eat. I don’t find mexican food that good, but I still came. Realized I wasn’t eating at the right restaurant. The food here is good. Even if you aren’t mexican, you should come and try it. Tastes so much better than things like taco cabana and chipotle. Never knew I was eating bad nachos my entire life lol.

I ordered three of the fajita beef burritos they were unedible they were covered in some kind of Red sauce that was not in the description of the burrito .You could not tell the meat from the vegetables. There was no sour cream, the rice was cold, the flour tortilla was cold and didnt look like it was cooked thoroughly. I had also got a order of menudo. Most of the bowl contained 2 giant bones covered in fat. There was hardly any menudo in there and no Hominy whatsoever.....VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN.

Nice clean store, but way way way to expensive. If you want to spend close to double of what you would spend at the grocery store then go here, otherwise stay as far away as possible. It should really be illegal to set the prices that high. I stopped going there because the items didnt have a price tag so I really didnt know how much it was until I got to the cashier, I think they mark the prices now, but still way too expensive.

Good food, good prices, meat is tender, people are welcoming

This is by far one of the nicest and cleanest meat markets i have ever been to not only is the service inviting but the quality of meat is by far way better then the two closets meat markets i have available well worth the drive! although the prices in the store for canned goods etc are bit more expensive then what i am used to it is assumed that its expected because of the connivence.

They sell street tacos and they are A1, favorite place for tacos now 5/5

I wish i could give this store negative stars, the prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont even think walgreens or gas stations charge this much for food items! I dont understand how this business has kept up this long.

This place is HORRIBLE, their meat and products are ridiculously over priced. Im always greeted as I enter which is the only upside... $9.99 a lb for fajitas is absurd. Whats more, the times I have been there the taqueria they have inside always looks seemingly empty.

The second time I consume products from the butcher shop, the chops poorly prepared with an excess of preservative, leaving a milky liquid in the pan, which I never saw in Mexico, this second time I bought small pork rinds and full leather, both insipid, I had to throw them away .

Very expensive prices a box of eggs in other supermarkets costs 1.80 and where Don Javier 4.78 I also bought a 7.99 cheese and all Ligoso m came out was bad cheese with chili

Sometimes it is difficult to find a specific spice for cooking. I looked at many different restaurants and they didnt have it, but I found it here. The owner helped me find what I was looking for. Very very friendly
