They take forever, i called to place a large chicken order and they said no but when i got there they make me wait 1 hour and a half. Service sucks. But only place in Houston to get fresh hens

NOT HALAL meat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!The name of this location is fresh halal meat yet in order to get halal meat you have to especially request in order to get any. There is no sign posted for this. I found out after I received the meat and asked if its halal to which the store owner stated did you request it. I questioned why would I request halal meat when the the name of the store and the meat portion clearly indicates that its a halal meat store. His answer was so many non Muslim people come to the store we wont make it halal for them if we dont need to. But for any one considering going there consider this how is some one suppose to trust a business like this. I just wanted to share my experience you can choose to eat it or not. At the end of the day we all answer to AllahStaff was very rude. When I asked the person sitting in the meat portion of the store a Spanish lady if its halal she said it is (in a very rude way) which contradicts what the store owner is saying about making a special request in order to get halal meat Store owner is clearly trying to take advantage of the halal name to sell haram. I will also reach out to BBB to re-visit their halal certificationAnother thing to consider the halal and non halal meat use the same knives

I had the worst experience today 03/18/2021 in this store, I live in Huntsville Texas and I drove in the store and I ordered for six chicken for $48 but they stole all my chicken parts so just warning you people be very careful when you go in there...I called the store just to give them a head up and let them know that I was not happy customer of what they had done to me and they put me off by saying they were busy....I would hate to complain about $48 but just let them know stealing from customers is a big crime

Never go here, the owner is beyond rude. Ive never seen anyone this rude in my life. I highly question that they sell halal because its the Asian guy who brings it out for you. Plus they keep raising the prices

Not halal at all and a Spanish guy who slaughter the sheep when I asked him you muslim he lughed.Than I went in the back I saw the chicken with head in the cleaning machine than they packed it up in the boxes and lable it with Chinese writing over the boxes .I asked the manager how comes it is halal like that he didnt answer.

I bay 7 🐑 $1750 then they couldnt processing for me they keep me waiting for two days back and forth in about 6 times and I find out they sale my lamp to another person 🤔 the owner he doesnt know any how to deal with customers, also he is very rude they dont have line I would never go back 👎👎👎👎👎

This place should be shut down. They dont sell halal meat unless slaughter the animal by your yourself. I have seen dead chicken in a cage being eaten by other chicken #houston officials should take some responsibilities and inspect them.

I often go to buy chickens and eggs. This time I drove another 40 minutes to buy two chickens, two plates of brown eggs, and other things. The cashier asked me if I wanted to cut into pieces. I thought it would be convenient for home cooking, but When I went home to cook, I was cleaning the cut chicken pieces, but I found that there is one less chicken leg in each package of cut chicken. Because the chicken legs are more obvious, the other chickens don’t know how many pieces are missing. It seems that I will buy it later. I do it myself, and hope that this kind of problem will not arise in the future.
