Mike’s proficiently and patiently help me design a functional and beautiful kitchen ! Barry greatly support me getting the stone timely installed with Anna. Steven and his team did the installation in a timely and professional manner too. I highly recommend this place for its service and quality of the cabinets .
Terrible experience! i went to over there with my sister’s car honda and there were two guy they even didn’t get up from their chairs however someone came to with their audi car and they stood up both 😂😂 i mean if you have a good car you will have wonderful hospitality lol i supposed to come with my lexus it was my fault 😅
While I would give “Complete Home Renovation” during a pandemic a solid 1 ⭐️ .. do not recommend.. I WOULD like to give a major shout out to Cabinets To Go! We have never worked with them before over the years of renovations, and only ended up working with them now because of an out of stock mess with IKEA and a tornado 🌪 with our base cabinets in it (true story 😅)… BUT, I am glad we did! They have been awesome and helpful and super punctual. We used the Houston store on the beltway (Barry) and he coordinated everything with the Panama City Beach store in Florida and helped us set up quick delivery and install. Everything was affordable, the quality is legit and the process has been super smooth. Even had to make a follow up phone call about something just now and got another store associate and he helped me right away, AND was pleasant. It’s a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review from the Holden’s! We will definitely use them again!
We were looking for a place to purchase cabinets and counter top for our house remodel. We were referred to Cabinets To Go, and to ask for Tim Green. We drove from the Galveston area to meet up with Tim and start the process. Tim is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. Cabinets To Gos selection of cabinets and counter tops is amazing. Tim was in contact with us the entire time during shipping, making sure we were informed of the delivery date. I highly recommend getting in contact with Tim and Cabinets To Go.

Update: My mom finally got the remainder of her cabinets after almost 3 weeks of receiving the first half of her order. The cabinets look very nice and so we’re happy with the quality for the price paid. Overall, I’d give them an OK rating for the entire experience but I hope future customers don’t run into such issues because it’s a hassle to get things corrected when errors occur.Original review:It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone, email, or even having the main headquarters email their Houston location to have them contact you.My mothers house was flooded by Harvey and we initially came here after a referral from our general contractor because of their buy the bottom cabinet, get the top cabinet free. Although the sale was over, they were kind enough to still give us the discount given our circumstances.After a little over a month, the shipping company contacted me to verify shipping date and contact number. Little did we know, they only shipped us the bottom cabinets. We are missing several items from our purchase order: top cabinets, hinges, and other various plastic pieces.I currently have a claim open trying to resolve the various issues, but its been over two weeks since we received the first shipment. I recommend you seek another place to purchase your cabinets from unless you absolutely cannot pass up this price. In my opinion, Home Depot can be similarly priced with more cabinetry options available to you.

This is a very long overdue review, however I feel the overwhelming need to acknowledge a few of the people at Cabinets to Go that really made a huge difference in our entire experience. To say remodeling a kitchen is stressful is a huge understatement! Tiffani was like a true angel in our kitchen remodel. She literally was there from beginning to end. She was so patient with us as well as encouraging. Her kind, welcoming, and positive demeanor quickly made us loyal customers. We literally went from one design to another as things changed in our plans. She never once made us feel like a burden. When meeting with her, as I witnessed with her other customers, we never felt rushed and she gave us her undivided attention. Her ideas and suggestions were always apropos. She truly has a wonderful talent in kitchen design. There was never a time that we ran into what we thought was a dead end and she wouldn’t help to find a way to solve the issue. I loved collaborating with her. And the end result was an absolutely beautiful and fully functional kitchen! I highly recommend her to help you with your design needs!During the process, we ran into an unexpected issue with our order and pricing. It was quite devastating because it was a huge blow to our budget and we were on the verge of cancelling. I made several attempts to try to reach someone who could help but to no avail. I finally was able to have the pleasure of speaking with Cassandra, a supervisor through the national customer care department. She listened intently to my situation and made sure she understood all of the facts. She too was so kind and gracious. To be honest I felt so much stress released after just speaking with her, not even knowing what the outcome would be at the time. This was because I truly felt genuinely heard and she didn’t just jump to conclusions of what couldn’t be done or that we were wrong. She told me she would make a review, contact me back, and gave me a time frame as well. And she held to it. She called me back with a fair resolution that we were highly satisfied with. She walked me through the changes and what to expect. She gave me her contact information for if we ran into any further issues. We are truly grateful to her. She exhibited the epitome of what customer care should be!I don’t write reviews often, however these ladies truly deserve the accolades. It’s people like these who enhance and beautify a company and keep customers happy, coming back, and referring them. Cabinets to go should know that they have that and more in Tiffani and Cassandra.

As a general contractor, I have used various cabinet companies over the years. I decided to give try CTG as they seemed to be a good price given the quality. By paying a premium to have their contractors install the cabinets and countertops, I was hoping for trouble-free, turn-key service. What I got was far from that. My good value was quickly erased when multiple supplemental orders were necessary to achieve my original design as items were forgotten or not designed correctly in the first place. Then the countertop measurement was WAY more than estimated. They did accommodate me somewhat, but now Im hearing from others in the industry that these issues are very common with Cabinets To Go. Wish I would have known that before.
My husband and I walked in after work. I’m guessing they do treat you depending on how you look. We were barely acknowledged and that’s cause I said good morning first. There was no, “we’ll be with you in a minute”. There was only one customer and two workers. We looked around for a while and when we walked out we weren’t acknowledged either. I guess they’re really selective with their customers. I hate when businesses act as if they are open only as a favor to you, not cause they want business.
Helped us get some beautiful cabinets after Harvey! So glad we were referred here. All the contractors were booked and needed months before doing any work. ...came to the S Sam Houston Pkwy location today looking for cabinets for my rental house. I guess because I was casually dressed I didn’t look like I had money to spend. My mom & I spent about 30mins in here waiting for someone to help us or at least acknowledge that we walked into the store...nothing. Another couple walked into the store as we decided to leave and was instantly acknowledged & offered assistance. I can guarantee I won’t be shopping here- I don’t care how good the sale is! 🤷🏽♀️
I used Cabinets To Go a few months ago and purchased all new kitchen cabinets and a countertop. I had quoted Home Depot, Lowe’s, a place in Houston, and a cabinet maker.Cabinets To Go was not the cheapest option, in fact they were a couple hundred dollars more than the next highest offer. However, I found them to be truly professional while building our kitchen and giving opinions on how to improve our ideas. We came in and knew all of the measurements and had pictures and they were able to give us exactly what we wanted in a succinct manner. After purchasing the cabinets, we met the installer and he came out to verify the measurements. He came back a few days later and installed the cabinets once they arrived. The installer was incredibly professional. The counter top is purchased through cabinets to go but comes from a 3rd party vendor. The countertop was cheaper than other quotes that I had gotten from the above vendors. My wife and I were able to go to the vendor site and choose which slab for our cabinets and after the cabinets were installed, the vendor came and installed them.Even though I paid a little more than I would have liked for the cabinets, the process of ordering and working with the installers was about as best as it could be. I would totally use Cabinets To Go again in the future if I needed it.
Tim is a very rude and condescending person. Avoid him at all cost. He needs to learn the basics of Customer Service.

Barry is professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish with no pressure; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our entire Cabinets To Go experience. Quality, Precision, Beauty, Fast, Fun, Savings... Bottom line, I will never get cabinets anywhere else ! If you want to know more keep reading. Quality ! 100% solid wood and true cabinet-grade plywood beautifully finished on every surface, inside and out ; solid wood faces and doors, and solid wood, precision dove-tailed drawers. Inside and out, the finish on every surface is beautiful, consistent, and flawless. Fast ! Our cabinets arrived four days after placing the order. Fun ! Do not be intimidated by the assembly ; anyone could put these together... Truly, after the first cabinet, it took me longer to unpack the panels from the box than to put them together (each individual drawer component was actually shrink wrapped for protection ! ) Im not exaggerating ! The only tools needed are two screwdrivers and a rubber mallet to gently tap the dovetails together. ( I have power tools - you dont need them ! ) All screw locations are predrilled and precisely located, and every panel self-alined perfectly. (The only thing I added was a dab of wood glue in a few key locations, but that is just the perfectionist in me) Out of thirteen cabinets, I never fought a single component. Finally, price ! After getting quotes from other places who took days just to give us the quote (Barry gave us his 5 minutes after we finished the layout! ), we paid just under a third of any other quote we had recieved even though the Cabinets To Go cabinets were far and above the highest quality in both finish and materials... Bottom line, if I can save $10,000 (yes, that is how much we actually saved compared to our other quotes! ) in exchange for spending half a day putting the cabinets together, Im in... And we did ! We even had to contact the people doing our countertops to move up their install because our cabinets went in so fast ! Bottom line: Quality, Precision, Beauty, Fast, Fun, Savings... With no compromise, Cabinets To Go is the only way to go !
Got a great deal on real wood cabinets and were installed by professionals. I would recommend anyone to use them. Best of all they have lifetime warranty. Barry & Stephanie took great care of us and Steve and his install crew were awesome!Ive read the bad reviews only after ordering my cabinets. I also looked at the dates of the reviews and most of the bad ones were from Harvey. Of course they will be backed up with your order for week... almost every house got flooded and needed new cabinets at the same time, what did you expect to happen? Get your cabinets the next week?Ive had no issues with Cabinets-To-Go and will recommend them anyday!

They usually do not do pick ups on Fridays and allowed us to come and pick up some cabinets because we were on a crunch to get the house finished. Really appreciate these guys!! Thank you Tim!

My mother in law paid thousands of dollars for new cabinets and new flooring, its been 4 weeks with half a floor, drawers not installed properly and NO communication from any of them. Ive never seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life. Take your business elsewhere unless you want a nightmare. We have no sink, no dishwasher and half a floor because they didnt order enough flooring, nobody contacted the granite company to have our counters installed even tho cabinets to go took the money for it. The installer blames the people there, the people there blame the installer and in between all that nobody is doing anything to resolve the issue. Absolutely the worst place you could ever spend your money.

I️ through the brochure out the window on the way home. Maybe a hobo will find it and be able to wipe his ass with it. That’s all it’s good for! Don’t waste your time and certainly not your money on these people!!!

Glad to see that Im not the only one who ran into the poor customer service from the Houston location. For some reason, this location never has anything in stock/available under 4 - 5 weeks. Bought something from the San Antonio store. I had a much better experience with the SA personnel.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my cabinets. They are holding up my home being fully finished from Harvey. Good luck having anyone ever answer the phone and headquarters will not do anything but send emails. They never call back. Wish we would have just spent the extra money and paid a carpenter to make them. Worst experience.
My cabinets were on time! They look great and the quality is very good. I want to thank Kelly from QWR Services for her great customer service and sending the best cabinet installers Riccio and Paul. They are very dedicated to their work and customer service. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Very happy customer!
When we purchased the cabinets, we were told our cabinets would be in around March 25th and that someone would call us when they were in. I called on April 13th to inquire and the girl at the store said they were in so we picked them up the same day. So about three weeks went by that we could have begun to install our cabinets. We also had two items on backorder.We put all the cabinets together April 14th and 15th and found that 7 pieces were damaged so my wife took pictures and sent the pictures along with all of the cabinet numbers to customer service so they could get replacements coming our way.Nearly a week went by before the pieces shipped. So now we are more than 5 weeks out from the time the cabinets arrived at the warehouse.The two backorder items came in and we never got a call letting us know they were in. I had to call to inquire or goodness knows if we would ave ever received those two back ordered items.We finally received the replacement pieces on April 24th. We checked all the pieces and two of the main upper cabinet pieces were damaged and the replacement shelf was never shipped.Now we are going to send pictures of the two damaged items and wait for them to arrive. This lack of attention to detail and overall lack of caring about what is sent to the customer is not acceptable. We are going on six weeks from the time the cabinets arrived at your warehouse until now and we still don’t have what we need to start installing the cabinets.I need the replacement pieces for the damaged items overnighted Friday, April 26th so I can receive them Saturday, April 27th so I can begin to get my kitchen back in order.It is because of your careless employees not checking items before shipping them to make sure they are not cracked that is causing us so much inconvenience and stress.This kind of carelessness and disregard for the product from your people has cause us to have nearly a 7 week delay in our install.Since we had so many issues and delays, CTG offered to pitch in to pay one of their installers to help us with the install. I had installed the upper cabinets so all I was needing help with was the lower cabinets. The price I was quoted from Sergio for less than half of the job was very high but since CTG was helping out, I agreed. Install was fine but when it came time to pay, the price went up by $500. After a firm discussion I agreed to split th difference so I paid more than originally quoted but thought the job was done.When the countertop was installed, the sink had to be raised 3/4” to accommodate for the 3/4” decking that goes under the countertop. Sergio, the professional installer did not allow for this so now my sink cabinet is incomplete and looks bad with the decking under it to raise it to the correct height of the countertop.CTG had Sergio call me to set up an appointment to fix the problem and sent out a replacement cabinet front. When Sergio came he said he did not make a mistake and blamed the error on me fo not letting him know about the decking. He is supposed to be the professional and is supposed to know what to do and not the customer. He just wanted to cut a wider piece of trim to go around the sink instead of fixing the mistake properly. He said if I wanted him to cut the new cabinet front and install it I would have to sign a waiver saying he would not be responsible for any damage to the sink, countertop or the plumbing under the sink if something happened when he was fixing his mistake. This was not a good deal for me as he could create a lot more expense and have no accountability for it should his care level go down even more.Sergio did not perform the work correctly, took no ownership and but the blame on the customer-do not have him come into your house. So now my sink cabinet is not finished and CTG basically said they have done all they can do and our doing no more. My suggestion, if you buy cabinets from CTG, be very careful who installs them fo you so you don’t have to fix their mistakes yourself!

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. Do not ever buy from these people. They have NO IDEA what theyre doing. We were charged for cabinets we didnt even order. Fought to get a refund on this mistake. Which honestly I do not think it was a mistake on their part because when we were ordering, the lady asked me to just pay and she would finish up the order and send me the order form and receipt. UH NO!?!? Who pays $2500 for cabinets and doesnt stay there until it is finalized? She wanted to draw it up and everything without me even there!!!!!! We were told it would take a couple days, which turned into two weeks of receiving our cabinets. We never received a receipt or order form from them when purchased, just a stack signed documents. I repeatedly asked them for my receipt and order form and it took them TWO WEEKS to email it to me. Then, we receive the cabinets and my contractors are there to put them in and theyre half white and half natural color. I ordered WHITE CABINETS. Then they tell me that is how they come, and if I want to cover the natural color I have to put these skins on the exposed part that is not white. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! WHO ORDERS WHITE AND BROWN CABINETS to turn around and cover the brown?!?!?! I WANTED WHITE CABINETS, not brown and white. This place is absolutely ludicrous and I would NEVER EVER in a million years, no place left on the face of this earth to buy cabinets, recommend them to anyone.

Have never been so happy with a stressful remodeling! From our first day at CTG in Houston, we were very pleased. Cabinets arrived on time, order was complete and installation date came soon after. Riccio and his crew were unbelievably perfect! Much pride was put into their work on our cabinets and we couldnt be happier with them. Purchased Palm Beach Chocolate and they are gorgeous! Alot of folks are rating them on having to wait when you visit the showroom. However, with the amount of business they have and the quality of their work, waiting is worth it. We are extremely happy!

These people are a joke! They have had my money for 4 weeks. They just called and said they lost my number and they still haven’t ordered my cabinets. Get this. They don’t know the height of my cabinets either. They measured 3 times. They are even asking if I want them installed to the ceiling. Well that’s ridiculous! Will I have to get on a ladder every time I need a cup or plate! These guys get the price for epic fails! Don’t bother. Save your time and don’t give these jerks your money!
Unless you are ok with receiving half of your order and not knowing where the other half is a month after The initial order, then I would make business with them here. I ordered my cabinets with Rebecca a month ago before Thanksgiving and I was given a shipment date of two weeks. I received 6 boxes from one order according to the date I was given, the other half was MIA. I gave it sometime before calling, perhaps they were out of a certain item which is understandable. It has now been too long and I decided to give them a call. I was told that the “system was down” and to leave my name, phone, and order number and they will get back to me when they can verify what is holding up my order from being shipped. The next day, I get a call with the same excuse. I call later on that same day to talk to someone else and they wouldn’t give me any information about my order because they were not my sales person. I was told that Rebecca would get back to me with information. I was tired of playing cat and mouse so I went into the store to personally seek an answer. I talked to Tim, who was kind enough to check my order which took less than 5 minutes and deleted the item that was holding up the order. I was given an approximate date of a week or two. Although I’ve resolved this issue, it’s dreadful to know that my home will not be ready by Christmas because of careless and negligence on their part. Inconvenient and not worth it. You’re better off going to Home Depot, they stand by their great customer service.

The experience of designing cabinets was really good but after the sale was not. Hard to get them to return phone calls for updates, poor communication regarding shipment and tracking numbers and just a sense of disorganization.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life, with the Houston based CTG store. I cant honestly recommend that location to anyone. Trying to get the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee... Customer service is not a priority and didnt get our order right 100% after months of back and forth. Honestly dont feel they care... Since Sept, after Hurricane Harvey, and still everything isnt right with our order. Go at your own risk, but I dont recommend it. I should have read and followed the reviews posted here, then go to Home Depot. Lesson learned... Read Bill Atkinsons review here; that was our experience with Tim (the salesman there). I cancelled my countertop order and got a refund, but we were at CTGs mercy on the cabinets. Shameful and the HQ needs to take care of the issues down there. Wish I could give 0 stars! I am posting a review on the BBB.
Excellent high quality cabinets, no particle board, very helpful staff. The name can be misinterpreted. No cabinets in stock. Showroom, design, and distribution warehouse only. Cabinets are ordered and shipped from a central warehouse to this location for pickup.
I struggle giving one star. We were subjected to Tim. I say I struggle because Tim was so rude we only spent a couple of minutes with him before his dismissive attitude and arrogance gave us reason to leave. We will be doing business else where.

Proceed with caution! This may have been the most frustrating consumer experience of my life. Ordered cabinets with dove tailed drawers. Firstly there was a 45 day delayed delivery on cabinets that were supposedly in stock. Which meant no kitchen for 45 days.Secondly the cabinets arrived with non-dove tailed drawers. Ok... easy swap out right? So we had cabinets installed as our kitchen has been demod now for more than 45 days and needed to install countertops. Well after 90 days of shipping us the exact same drawers as replacements and many phone calls later we found out that this option is not available in this cabinet design. Finally just gave up.
Just called to find out more information about the services provided, such as installation. I spoke with Berry who seemed inpatient to my inquiries. If the sales department can be so unconcerned and recent review unfavorable; Ill pass on this vendor.
