I’m surprised they still in business.Frontdesk is a mess, no customer service at all. If you are lucky and Yadira works that today it will be an awesome experience as she really care about you and your order and exceeds your expectations but other than her at the front is a mess, the Asian ladies don’t care about any customer at all. They see you and when you wake them something or want to place an order they send you inside to another office with Mary that is also awesome and try to help you but I’m pretty sure that’s not her job but still try to help. Management doesn’t care about customers at all. Next time I feel the same I’ll get my business to other place.Guys at the warehouse are good, fast and nice.Prices are kind of fair a little over priced for the quality that offer. But customer service is the worst with those Asian ladies that they don’t bother even to greet at the customers.

We have purchased several stone pieces here. The selection is good and Pitt contractor seems to get fair prices. We have dealt with Amy. I do like that they offer discounts on remnant pieces as we mostly needed smaller pieces for small bathroom areas. The staff can seem a little stiff and stand offish when you first start working with them. We did have one problem with a countertop not being cut to specs when it arrived for installation. Thankfully the contractor was here and checked it and made them recut it. So I suggest that anyone have a great contractor working with them unless yippy really know what you are doing.

These cabinets are so fragile! They chip easily, and it has oil based paint. You can see every finger print and there hard to wipe. I have had them for 3 weeks and have replaced 2 front door cabinets. I had to buy a whole cabinet base, just to get the doors. I aboustely hate their product. Buyer beware this is an honest opinion.

We got our cabinets done with them and the staff was great. They were delivered quickly and assembled in a few hours. Customer service was great really friendly staff.

I went to Durastone on a recommendation. When I entered the store no one even acknowledge that I was there. The three employees just sat behind the counters staring at their computers. When I asked about how the process worked for kitchen counters, I was told to go outside and take a picture and they would tell me what it cost. I was told to come back on Monday and they would cut a sample for me to take home. After taking time off work Monday to drive back I was told there was nobody there to cut a sample. After realizing her mistake Amy Zhu then asked me what, the picture on your IPhone isnt good enough? Absolute worst customer service ever

We bought from Durastone 9 years ago, then again 7 years ago, and were very happy. When we walked into the store this week, we were shocked to find it a mess, junk scattered all over the place, sample pieces missing from their spots. No one greeted us or offered to help. We finally went to the desk and asked for help, got some info, and left.After shopping around, we decided to give Durastone a chance. I called the store 7 times in 2 days, trying to set up an appointment. No one ever answered. Once, I got voice mail, and was told by the computer voice that the voice mailbox was full.We were TRYING to buy something from this place, but thats kind of hard when no one answers the phone! We are sorry to see such a good store deteriorate to this extent.

We purchased cabinets and counter tops from this company after our home was damaged by Harvey. They had the best prices, but the customer service is somewhat lacking. The selection was good, but make sure when you order your items make sure you look over everything, including knobs/pulls, trim (base and crown), options for soft close etc. There are some hidden things!! Over all I am happy with our cabinets, still waiting on counter tops to be delivered.

They have helped with extensive remodels on 2 homes for me. They did a complete kitchen remodel with matching Granite throughout the house, travertine floors and showers in the bathrooms, and awesome wood floors. I couldnt be happier. Great material, great prices, inexperienced customer service, going on 2 weeks waiting on my small countertop. I get told it would be ready Thursday a week from when I purchased. I call to check up on it and they have no clue about the cutouts, what side wall ECT. So they say it would be ready Saturday. Come Saturday and I get a call asking me if I had white ice granite. Cmon now! Yall wrote it down and now it wont be ready til next week. Im upset! A few years back I purchased same thing and it was a 2 day process

Horrible customer service however they have great prices. We have been dealing with this company for a month now and we are on a stand still because Dura stone have yet to deliver and install our counter tops. I have called Yadira( lady at the front desk three times) and she has yet to return my phone call. Today we walk in and ask when will they deliver our countertops. She tells us that the guy who installs the counter tops isn’t in today and she doesn’t understand why we aren’t on the books. This is not acceptable. We first had the run around with installing our cabinets now we are having the run around with our countertops. I will never use this company again.

Durastone Houston is one of the BEST hidden Home Improvement secrets in all of Houston. I just put in a full kitchen consisting of Solid Wood cabinets (Cherry), granite countertops, and a Tavertine backsplash. I spent maybe 25% of what I would have spent at a Big Box store. The quality is outstanding - SOLID Wood Cabinets - and the installation crews where unbelievable! Exactly what I needed for a customers home and $300 less than Home Depot with installation

Extremely unprofessional! My husband and I were the only ones in the store. The associate that was present NEVER greeted us, NEVER asked us if we needed help, and totally ignored us the entire time we were there. Even when we were leaving, it didnt prompt her to speak. A very unpleasant experience and we will never return.
