I dont understand where is the 1 star rating come from but for my experience purchased from Quavana is everything perfect. They dont do delivery and install. Their warehouse is crazy big!!! They are professional and the price is reasonable. The most important part is the quality of the cabinets really great!!!

Horrible experience. The staff here is extremely rude. They’re very filthy here. No protection for customers at all. Of course they were nice when they were trying to get my money but after that once they have your money.... you’re at their mercy they don’t care about you at al. Every process they have from customer service to receiving, scheduling etc. THEY ARE THE WORST. We were without a kitchen for months strictly because of their lack of organization Absolutely not worth the savings on the cabinets. CHEAP CHINESE CABINETS ALL OF THEM! They lie and tell you they’re made in USA but none of them are made here. To make it worse they charge you full high quality prices as if they are of the highest quality and they’re absolutely not. Its very deceiving how they’re so comfortable lying right to your face without hesitation. Born con artist! I will never recommend this business to my worst enemy let alone to friends or family. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We ordered cabinets for our home 5 months ago and we were so excited. They’re incredibly rude and uncaring whatsoever. It’s been nothing but a theft of our hard earned money! First, wrong size cabinets and had to wait another 5 weeks again for the right size replacements. Then they couldn’t get it installed correctly from the beginning. We still sit with unfinished and damaged cabinets with our deadline way past. Our home is a disaster a complete mess. It extremely embarrassing. They still haven’t given us a resolution

I bought cabinets and new countertops from Quavana Cabinets8 months ago. Sure they were great at first. Then they seemed to forget that I had paid in full and paid extra for some upgrades to be done by a certain date. They cancelled over and over, not showing up, not returning calls. and delivering the wrong cabinets twice. Finally a sales person called and told me that there are bigger problems in the world than my kitchen. Today I still dont have any cabinets, and no kitchen!! They are paid in full and I cant get any answers, basically they stole my money. Forget coming to this place and do not pay them until you get your materials. BEWARE - .CUIDADO -

This cabinet company is absolutely incompetent. I had them do my kitchen based on a contractor I hired. They got all measurements wrong. When they brought the cabinets, the paint was already peeling off of them. Made them repaint before installation. Next, we are having to have them completely repainted because paint was such poor quality. Additional $10k because of their shoddy work.

Ive purchased cabinets from a few other vendors prior to finding Tom and his team. Ive never had such ease and helpfulness from a group of people. Never pushed to purchased and always gave suggestions when asked. These guys know what they are talking about and completely understand the concept of getting these cabinets installed!
