RhinoPros Jose and Nick did a great job fixing the Jeraco hardshell top on my Toyota Tacoma. Before them, I had just gotten my Toyota back from repairs at a major regional dealership (J.M.!) whose service team was a joke. RhinoPro cleaned up the errors of that other facility, including replacement of T-locks the dealership had broken. RhinoPro also tested out the electrical system in the truck bed and addressed two major leaks the ORIGINAL cap installer couldnt figure out. Thank you!!

Jose and his team were exceptional. I needed a bed cover for my long bed F-250 with a toolbox. Following my phone request, Jose did a lot of research with his in-stock suppliers. He gave me some good options, but I didnt hear exactly what I had hoped for, so Jose said they would be happy to install any cover I found and bought on my own.I found a perfect, high quality cover online and the Rhino team installed it beautifully while I waited. Perfectly. No skimping.And BTW, they have a wide, high-quality selection of truck accessories in-house. Didnt see anything I needed, but wish Id visited them first. So Id recommend visiting them first to see the options and learn from Jose before making a decision yourself.

Be very careful of this company, and the quality of work that they perform. I dealt with Ryan at the Northwest Fwy location, but, also ended up having to speak to the I-45 location as well, in reference to this incident. They were of no help, and referred me to their attorney. These guys put an aftermarket bumper on my Dodge Ram 1500, brand new vehicle, mind you. They destroyed both inner wheel guards, which I will have repaired out of pocket, and the fender flares on this vehicle. The damage is roughly 1200.00. I asked them to simply repair the vehicle, and get it looking the way it should, and I got a complete refusal to do anything. They then stated that I was threatening them, and turned it over to their attorney. I have had to file against them in small claims court to be compensated. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! There quality of work is very poor here. I am a Disabled Veteran, and can not believe that a business would find that to be honorable in anyway...

I’ve bought two leer tops from this dealer and had a bed rug installed. Come to find out the bed rug I bought (not from them) was the wrong model for my application, but they took the time to make it work perfect!!! Both tops were installed with no problems and looked and functioned great!!! If you need any accessories, check these guys out, they know their stuff.

Best truck accessory store in Houston upfront and honest. Not pushy and extremely helpful ask for Ryan. I came in expecting to spend several hundred dollars and left spending less than fifty. I will definitely be back. The staff took the time to try and see what my needs were rather than suggesting I throw more money at my problem.

Went in to order a hard fiberglass cover for my 2016 Chevy truck.Went in an hour prior to their business closing according to their sign and website.They were there but told me they were closed.Literally were just closing doors.I told them I was there to place an order.He said I’m sorry but we are closing early, we open in AM.I told him I was working and couldn’t come by to order tomorrow.He said he was “sorry”As a small business owner there is no way I would have anybody like this working for me. A cash customer walks in my door to place an order now during typical business hours, I take 15 minutes with him and take his order. This is bad business, bad customer service considering it was during their normal business hours, closing early because of Father’s Day weekend, give me a break!It sure is hard to find good help.99.9% of all owners of a business with never do this, Jose here is obviously not the owner or if he is, he won’t last long as one.

I have gone to this store numerous times and have never had any problems and the staff have always been helpful.I have purchased and had them install a Hide-A-Goose goose neck hitch & Brake Controller and a Brake Light Strip and havent had any issues.On other trips I have purchased floor mats and window vents for my truck and always found the staff to be helpful.I would recommend them.

Ordered a custom bed cover for my Ford Ranger Edge since it is not normally available for my truck. Since it had to be specially made, the salesman threw in a tailgate lock to protect my investment. It was an expensive lock, but just that he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase and waiting longer than normal.

Extremely dissatisfied with this location. Dropped off truck and was told it would be ready by 2:00PM the next day (Saturday). I called around 12:00 on Saturday to confirm it would be ready and the guy on the phone said yes by 1:30. I said I would make arrangements and head that way. I took an Uber from Kingwood, TX to their location which is 40 miles away. It was a $40 Uber ride. Arrived at 2:02 because of traffic and there was no one there. They would not answer the phone or emails. I was supposed to drive this truck to Midland on Sunday, the next day. Now what?! What a joke! I can only say that this is an example of a big fat zero in customer service. Calling our Fleet company to see what legal action there is now after two Uber rides and an airline ticket now that I do not have the truck. Steer clear of this location!

Bought a camper at truckgear. When they installed the camper they used their feet to adjust the camper leaving footprints on ceiling of camper. Installed LEDlights in wrong spot, back glass was dirty. I had to go back and have them relocate lights which was done. When I pointed out footprints the tech got upset with me. I just spent $2000 and I want my stuff clean. After I got the truck the handle for tailgate was broken and they said it was broken when they got it. First lie. Second lie owner said he saw them clean glass. Now the owner said I came in looking for trouble. What? Me.Now I have to repair the broken handle. Its not about the money for the handle its about you backing up your work. Ill never go back bad people and bad workmanship.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will break things on your truck and not take responsibility. They broke my rear parking sensors and didn’t hook a ground wire back to my battery. I had to replace a $200 overcharged battery, new parking sensors, + the car rental while it was getting fixed. Their incompetence cost me $500+. Never spend your money here because it will cost much more after they’re done.

Drove over to their store, dodge giant hole in driveway. Went inside guy is on the phone did not acknowledge my entering so I walked around while he is on the phone. He hangs up and still doesnt acknowledge me so I walk over where he can see me. Says without looking up be with you in a minute. I look around for a few minutes. Then he rushes out to the shop without saying a word. I LEFT. THESE PEOPLE ARE WAY TOO BUSY FOR MY BUSINESS.

Worst company on the planet. Lying is their specialty! Terrible workmanship. Extremely poor products. Go right down the freeway to Pickups plus for a Tonneau cover. If you find yourself at Truck Gear Supercenter you have already been ripped off. Lying thieves.
