Didnt receive my order. I was told to pick up after 3, but they did not answer the phone when I arrived. Their website says theyre open until 6, but theyre actually in a cubesmart warehouse thats not open to the public.

I used Sugar Bunch Creations for my daughters Bat Mitzvah party favor candy buffet. They were not very responsive or timely with communication initially but ultimately, the candy buffet was a big success! The presentation was really nice and candy choices were great! It was a very fun experience for everyone and I would use them again in the future for events.

Had the opportunity to receive a Valentine Day Treat Box. I was not impressed with the packaging or the treats, the popcorn was stale, as well as the half dipped chocolate pretzel. I didn’t bother to eat the chocolate covered Oreos as I could tell they were not fresh either. Very disappointing since these were corporate gifts given out by my property management company in which hundreds of people received these as gifts.

They have the most creative ideas when it comes to sweets. Love them!

Ordered 1 vanilla funnel cake sundae, 1 chocolate funnel cake sundae, 1 caramel apple and fried oreos. Received 2 vanilla sundaes and oreos were missing from my order.
