Stopped by my High-Tech Auto store of choice, by Gulf Freeway, because I don’t like the other location by Allen Genoa anymore. I always get a good price and since I’m familiar with the financing process, Alex showed me some good options and we came down to a decision very quickly. It’s always hard to find the right salesman at a store dealing with things for your car, but Alex was very knowledgeable about the things i wanted and also had some great recommendations. Alex will hook it up if you stop by to get one or a few upgrades for your car. I definitely recommend this location. Been there plenty of times now.

If i could give more stars i would this location has more of a variety to choose from. Staff here seem to be more organized super helpful and show interest of helping you out. I went in for windshield tint Alex Buentello was super helpful totally recommend this place.

After a little run around I ended up at this location. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Alex guided me thru the whole process, set me up with a more then reasonable time frame for my appointment tomorrow and best of all he charged me less than the other guys. My 2020 Sierra crew cab is gonna look “killer”...Update y’all tomorrow on the tint job !!!!!

DO NOT GO THERE! I would put 0 stars if I could. First off, I’m not one to do reviews but i couldn’t believe what i went through with them. I took my brand new and my very first 2021 rzr and had them install lights on the undercarriage, snorkels, lights on my roof, put a sound system, install a winch and roof ....over 4,000 dollars worth of work. I was super excited but Within 6 days- My lights stopped working (my wires were literally almost on fire), my belt box was over siliconed (they missed up a seal) and caused oil and water to leak into the box- I had to pay someone else to replace the seals, replaced the damaged belt and REPAY someone else to re-do the work. The sound system that was suppose to be the best they had sounded like a used walmart hand held speaker on high volume. Literally all they did well was install my winch and roof. I went back to talk to someone about the issues and all I got back was 800 dollars (what I spent to have my belts replaced and put back in) and the boot to get out and not to EVER come back. I have a video of the manager JD and his worker ADMITTING they were at fault and nothing has come from it. DO NOT GO THERE. I unfortunately learned the hard way.

They seem to be great people they must be good at what they do they were very busy But they had time to stop and answer my questions.. My question was about having a wheel fixed and they do fix them they have a lot of inventory. They dont just have sound they have lights they have wheels. They do window tint.

Went here for an alarm. They noticed an issue with my stereo and fixed it as well. The previous didnt hook up my hands free and these guys installed it at no charge. Fast easy financing. Great place and very knowledgeable.

I had my car tinted, and 4 speakers changed out. I will be buying a bass package very soon, via the 90 day same as cash option.The manager ozzy is polite and very informative he always answers when we call the storeI have recommended my sister and I will recommend more people

They did a window tint had to come back two times because tint was falling....Had a car alarm installed....few months went by and remotes would not work came in and they had to fix them at cost of a diagnosis. If it is not working due to install problem there should be no charges. They dont have right experience personal. Stay away.

The owner JD has two good representatives in Ozzy and Luciano. These guys stood behind their work and were helpful from start to finish. After a more than difficult install on my car led to some damage to my window tint they replaced the tint free of charge. That to me was great business. I wanted to give high tech more of my business, but the daytime employees seem very disinterested in helping customers. This is a Shame because the owner seems passionate about his customer satisfaction. Think about replacing/training hourly employees or more potential business is walking out your door.

Brought truck in for a simple video bypass switch. They couldnt fix it properly after trying 2x. Taking 3 days to get refund. Personnel is rude. The tech who tried the first fix farted in the truck before handing back the keys. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!theres another car stereo place 1 block in from the freeway. try that place.

BEWARE!!! : I give 1 star but take that star back, they installed custom light under my bentley and damaged my air suspension and tried to patch the damage. It cost me 8k to repair and the mag agreed to cover damages but never did . Very unprofessional . !!!

I just bought a 20q6 Malibu and had my system installed. I noticed I needed an extra battery so I came to high-tech. They were able to install it in the same day and did an amazing job very clean and very professional. I highly recommend this shop and the stores manager ozzy

The old location on Fuqua had a good guy running the place that took care of you. One of my lights they installed went out so went to the location on I-45 and wasnt impressed. They changed 35$ to look at it and 10 mins later said it was a loose connection. Understand if they needed to replace something but just fixing it for free wouldve gone a long way in gaining future biz especially since I spent thousands on the stereo and alarm less then 2 yrs ago.

Ozzy referred me to this location because my tires were making a weird noise while I drove. Turned out it was a nail and they fixed it real quick for me. Great service!

Awesome place and customer service. They said there were 3 cars ahead of mine and would be 3pm until they can look at my wifes non-working stereo. Dropped it off at 10am, and they put me ahead of the other 3 cars since it was a small job and called me 30mins later saying its fixed and ready to go. I recommend there business.

Bought tires wheels,runningboards,fender flairs for truck. Got fast friendly service. Had great service they even stayed after hrs to finish my truck. They also up graded my sound system on my Harley with amps an speakers sounds great.

Ok I understand that you cant please everyone. But this place is horrible!! I highly recommend that ppl do not go here. They took 8hrs to put tint on my windows. Left me without a car the whole day!! When they said only 1hr 1/2. Then the next day the rear tint was coming off!!.

I went in here to get 2 subs installed and now its been about a week and im extremely happy with their work. All wires and cables are concealed nicely and I love the way it sounds. The shop is very nice and very clean and the people there are great. They answered every question I had (and I asked a lot) theyre prices are extremely competitive and I will definitely be coming back soon for my windows to get tinted

Was very disappointed with this place . Spent over 500 dollars here and I get disrespected as soon as I step inside. These guys only care about upselling their customers. I dont know what happened to this place but it used to be a place I would recommend to friedns and family. Now its just another one of those places that want to get as much money out of you as possible. What a shame. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Dont come here if you wanna get anything done in your car. They over charge for everything.

AVOID!!!!!!!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE to even see pricing. Came here to look(08/01/14) around and check out some stereos and window tint. One of their guys(big guy sitting on the left by a window) was rude. I simply asked for a price on a stereo($375) and I responded with dang i can probably get it for cheaper around $250. He was quick to respond with well just go ahead and get that bro.. you might want to keep your opinions to your self ofcourse he said it with an attitude, and I simply expressed my opinion after all, freedom of speech. I ignored it once and asked about the kits for the stereos. He responded with Its going to be high price for you and you cant afford it then he left the desk and Im thinking he was going to get the kit for me but I thought other wise. He came back to his desk and was on the computer while already talking with someone on the phone when I clearly asked him for a price on a stereo kit and was willing to buy. This is where Im thinking to myself Who is talking about affording it? Im simply looking around for price. I can actually afford it but when it comes to saving money and getting the exact same product Ill go with saving too. He took a while without helping me out anymore and he probably assumed I wasnt going to buy anything because someone thinks I cant afford it so why waste time. Im a customer and I should be treated like one but because of him my money is not worth spending at that place at all. I simply said thank you and left, I never disrespected him like he did to me. After my wife called(which she was there too) the place and made a complaint about him and manager spoke with us didnt help much but he said Im sorry, I understand and I will talk to him. Not much of a help when I was still wanting to try and buy something. People here think most people cant afford it but truth is people just want a good price without getting ripped off. Another example they charge $200 for tinting my car, like I had stated good price at another location $140. Good price and not get ripped off.
