We had our downstairs floors replaced with wood floors through ez floors, also purchased tile for our bathrooms/laundry and other than some scheduling issues that were resolved, they were great! Jafar helped us pick beautiful wood and tile! Matt was helpful to resolve our scheduling issue and the team they sent to install our floors did great and we’re very nice!! We will be going back for some carpet and a shower glass replacement soon!

We had a fantastic experience with Jafar at the West Rd EZ Floors location. Jafar coordinated our many projects and was always quick to respond to our questions and needs. Our projects included the primary bath (tile floors, a new shower enclosure, replacing the old jacuzzi tub with a freestanding tub, quartz countertops and sinks), two tile bathtub surrounds and quartz countertops in 2 upstairs bathrooms as well as the utility room. All of the plumbing for the new fixtures was included and it is all perfect. They also replaced the carpet in our entire upstairs as well as in the master closets. Everything looks amazing, and as usual, EZ Floors’ pricing cannot be beat (including a lot of demo this time and complicated plumbing).All of the crews were very respectful of the fact that we were living in the midst of these major renovations and we so appreciated their courtesy. I can’t say enough good things about Jafar and his teams. One short story I love to share about Matt is the time we had a contractor install wood flooring in our house after adding a room extra attic space. After, the contractor completed the flooring install; we noticed a discernable squeaking sound while walking on the floor. The contractor could not resolve the issue, consequently, we called Matt to ask him to come out and give us his expert opinion on what was causing the squeaking sound. Matt did us a huge favor and came out to our house, almost immediately, Matt identified the cause of the problem and suggested to the contractor what to do to resolve the problem…now that’s truly above and beyond! I purchased quartz countertops for my kitchen from ez floors. They were installed and all was well until 2 years later when the epoxy filling at the one joint came out. I asked ez floors to fix them and was willing to pay for the repair even though I felt that it must not have been done right to need repairing after only 2 years. The original installer called to say he would repair it for $350.00. When I balked at the price, I was told ok I’ll do it for 300.00. Ez floors sales people, and different managers said they would look into it and call back….you know how that went! Save your money and go to Floors for a living. They honor their work and even help out with problems from other companies! It cost 120.00 to fix, which I thought was fair.

Well they renovated my upstairs and half bath on 2018. I am having major issues. Tub is leaking plumber and new contractor stated they did not install it properly. Which probably caused stress on the tub causing it to crack. Toilets are rocking so it looks like they did not install them properly either. I did call for them to come out and take. They stated I only had a year warranty and then were a big no show.

I am so pleased with EZ Floors. Matt was great to work with. Very friendly and understanding of what I was needing and wanting as for looking great and yet very durable. I was SO very pleased with Louis and the men who did all the installation. They did a great job. Very, very nice. I am very happy with all the flooring!

Went into the store and it was very nice with lots of samples to pick from. They even let us take some samples with us to figure out which one would work best in our house. Then they even came out to our house to measure everything for an estimate, however after months of calling to ask for the estimate they never provided us one. We talked to the employee who did the estimate and the manager and neither ever gave us a call back. They must be doing well if they didnt need our business.

I have been looking around for quotes to replace my boring backsplash. I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of style and shape, but the quotes were vastly different, and higher than what I wanted to spend. I went to EZ Floors and met Shane there. He was EXTREMELY helpful and also suggested a different color which he thought would be better (I ended up choosing that). He showed up at my house the very next day for measurement and provided me a quote that is 30% lower than the lowest quote I had at that point. He also made arrangements to have the work done in short order (before the holidays). The installer did some minor mistakes; Shane went above and beyond to get those fixed to my fullest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this location based on my experience of their price and customer service.

What an amazing experience we had with Evan at the EZ Floors location on West Rd. We had vinyl plank installed throughout the kitchen, living room dining room and master bedroom and bath along with new kitchen countertops. Evan was with us every step of the way and coordinated all of the work with the different crews. He even scheduled the plumber to install our new appliances. We were dreading the demo but Jose and his crew worked quickly and cleaned up everyday. We had issue with a room transition and Jose made recommendations that worked out beautifully. The experience was very positive and I highly recommend Evan and the team on West Road. Our home looks wonderful thanks to them!

You can tell a lot from a location, by the response to any positive or negative feedback left on Google reviews. Also, no follow up after the work was completed to see if we were satisfied/ questions/concerns??I will say we took longer to decide than normal, but we chose Ez floors from recommendations from 2 friends.First day, installers showed up nearly 3 hours later than we were told. During the entire installation, they moved our heavier furniture room to room, but never covered anything. Our entire home inside was covered in a layer of dust from the demo and installation of tile. All my sinks had a layer of left over thinnest/grout and dirt. We even had grout left on some of the furniture they moved around and left wet spots on them where they attempted to wipe it clean. Guess this is my fault for assuming they were professionals that would be cleaning this up after the work was finish since they failed to cover anything or inform us ahead of time. I have stains on the carpeted areas from them placing the tile cutting tools upstairs instead of going up and down the stairs to make it more convenient for themselves. Also left my water running on for 6 out of 7 days they were here, and doubled our water bill. We paid additional labor for baseboards, paint/caulk that we provided, Still waiting to see if they planned on coming back to fill in the nail holes, and gaps in the pieces.The bad part is, we were told this was one of the better installers, but we should leave him alone so he can work. After asking the foreman questions about how to lay the tile, and what the sales person recommended the foreman said he doesnt install, he doesnt know what he is talking about, all he knows how to do is sell When it was all done, they just grouted 90% of the home, so i was unable to walk around and inspect the work, the foreman just waited on the porch and asked for the payment of the balance, and said dont walk on the floors for a few hours.Guess spending more does not always necessarily mean you get better work.

My hot water tank ruptured which resulted having to replace the carpet. Went with engineered wood flooring. Theses are the guys to use. Excellent selection and the price is right. Thank you!

Im this close in filing a theft and fraud report with the store. Since signing the contract for a job costing $7,800 with floats included. As of today, Ive been charged a total of $23,900 and the job that is half finished. After my bank contacted me of a potential fraud with my account, EZ refunded $7,900. Today, they charged me again. Current balance of $12,200. I get no apologies whatsoever after the initial refund. Too much headache for a simple job.

Our experience with EZ Floors was superb from beginning to end. We went to the West Rd location. They have a great selection of all kind of flooring, hardwood, tile or stone and it could be overwhelming but we were thankful to have Evan ( the salesperson) to help us to narrow it down. He was very knowledgeable and answered the million questions we had. We were never rushed or pushed and he was there to help almost 24/7. Updating my previous review that was kinda negative because Evan called me back up and they actually redid the work to make it right. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.We drove out of our way to this location (3 closer locations) because we saw that the reviews for this location were better. Now we see why, THEY REALLY CARE about their reviews, and making the customer ultimately happy.I still stand by my original statement that the original granite fabricator could have done a better job, and also that EZ Floors should have done a better job coaching and getting alignment through the slab selection and fabrication process. I also get the feeling that EZ Floors employees and the subcontracted fabricators dont talk in depth about the details of each job. But again, they took the hit for that and ultimately did the job right, to my and my wifes satisfaction. Only not 5 stars because we wasted a lot of time and effort on the first go round... could have been avoided with some basic know how in the granite selection process and talking to us before they actually cut it.I will change my opinion to say that I would recommend them for granite, but I also recommend forcing yourself to be involved in the process and do your own research about what makes a granite install go well, from selection to fabrication.They also did a FANTASTIC job on my upstairs carpet! They helped us pick out a great carpet for our needs & style. It is installed well, and the installers were highly professional and engaged with us through the process. LOVED them for carpet.

I worked with Ben at the West Road location. He worked with us after the tax day flood to get tile and carpet installed in our home. He was very accessible, and answered all of our questions. The crews arrived on the date promised, unlike another carpet company that i will not name (but is associated with Beanstalk) and did good work. I recommend EZ Floors.

I got tile for two rooms. Cost was good, installation was very professional and looks amazing thanks to Jose. I highly recommend EZ Floors.

We had $12k of various flooring installed last fall but one seam kept showing. Even after several months, EZ sent a repair man ( on Good Friday) to repair. He was alone and spent a long time to carefully pull up and trim carpet backing. He was polite and courteous as well as meticulous. Highly recommend EZ flooring. Stuff happens but I gage integrity by how management handles it.

I dont have enough words to describe how smoothly things went with our flooring process with EZ Floors on West Rd. Our guy is Shane and he’s awesome, he was patient, he suggested good stuff and he made it happen. These guys are good. We shopped multiple floor dealers in the west Houston area and EZ Floors was the best. None of the other flooring companies could beat EX Floors price, or install dates. Our salesman Evan was great to work with. He went out of his way to make sure that our experience with EZ Floors was a good one. The installation teams were very professional. They assisted with moving the furniture and cleaned up before leaving. When we decide to change the tile in the house, EZ Floors will get out work.

I had an appointment for these guys to come by the house to take measurements. They didnt even show up... I called their store twice and some guy named Aziz was supposed to come by. He never did and I am no more than 5 minutes from their office.

Worked with Matt to redo our countertops, backsplash, fireplace, and %80 of our floors. He helped me through the whole selection process. I went with ez floors because Ive used the spring location before for my old house and everything went smoothly. They really want to make sure you are happy so if youre not crazy about something make sure to communicate it. We had 20x20 diagnol tiles installed as well as wood looking tiles in our master bedroom and closet. There was spots I was not crazy about with the tile(Im a perfectionist) and Esteban fixed them right away and was very nice about it. Matt checked on us frequently to make sure that everything was going as planned and we were happy. Now our house looks fantastic and we get tons of compliments on it. Thank you guys:)

I recently had the West Road EZ Floors store to remove and replace my tile floors with engineered hardwood flooring. The crew assigned to remove the ceramic floor tile, prep the concrete subfloor and install the new flooring really worked hard and completed the installation in 3 days.I still have a few punch list items that need correcting that I haven’t had addressed yet but I would EZ Floors for future projects, if these items are corrected. Although, I recommend using the West Road EZ Floors, I strongly recommend customers whose project involve removing ceramic tile before installing new flooring to:* Cover all furniture and items in the area where the tile is being removed. Tile was removed manually which generates a lot of dust and was very noisy at times.* If possible, you should seal off unaffected area with plastic walls and flooring as needed to access lavatories* To minimize dust and chips of tile from getting into kitchen/bathroom cabinets, consider sealing cabinet doors with painters tape and,* Do not clean up until the new floor is installedMy new floor was glued to the subfloor and the crew worked hard to remove the glue that inadvertently got onto the new floor. Unfortunately they were not successful and at the right angle/lighting I could see glue spots throughout the floor. I did find a product to remove the glue without damaging the finish on the floor. that which worked.I love my new floors but it’s time to begin cleaning inside the cabinets.

My wife and I recently decided to bite the bullet and put down a new porcelain tile floor. We met with Shane at EZ Floors. He was extremely helpful with explaining the whole selection and installation process as well as helping with our final choice of tile. Exceptional in-store experience with Shane and the other EZ Floor staff members! The installation crew arrived 3 days ago and performed their magic. Best shooping experanice my Girlfriends and I have ever had. we had been shopping for new carpet for the house for about 3 weeks and had been to all of the Big carpet names as well as Lowies and Home Depot. I had a co-worker tell me about E Z Floors, so I called and talked to Sam told us to come by the store. So on Saturday my girlfreind and I stopped by the store told him that we were looking for and the color, he showed us what he had and found the color my girlfriend wanted. He told us the price and is was cheaper than every by else by $700. Steve cam out Monday night and measured the whole house because we want to do some other rooms with title and hard wood floors. Best Prices and best people to deal with they did not pressure us in to buying any thing or talk us in to and brand name let us look around and answered our questions. They will be getting more of our busniess.
