Small Cigar shop, customer service was good no complaints. It does have a limited selection but they did have my Java Mint which I was happy to purchase. If it had some ISLA DEL SOL, BACCARAT, 2012 BY OSCAR VALLADARES or other DREW ESTATES it be my # 1 spot in Houston. It did have a lounge but I did not know if I could go in?

I went in today for my first time since Im a first timer/ beginner with lots of questions requesting information and Nicole was just amazing with me. She walked me through everything i wanted and needed to know patiently she was so nice and informative. Gave me a walk through the place including the lounge area and membership details. She took her time with me and at the end of the day i walked out having spent a few hundred dollars and a happy customer. When i originally went in to get information and a boveda package just cause she was so nice. Thank you Nicole great first impression.

This cigar shop is terrible. They have a very limited selection of cigars. Their customer service and management is horrible. They lie about their lounge hours and kick people out at 6:00 pm. When I buy cigars from a shop that has a public lounge, I expect to be able to smoke them in the lounge during publicly advertised hours. Otherwise, the shop is clean and has great ventilation, and would have great potential if it was run correctly. Plenty of other shops in town!

Awesome shop. The manager Nicole is very knowledgeable, and will take the time to get to know what kind of cigars you like and will then make some awesome recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful lady I was amazed when she asked me what was I going to be drinking that night so she could recommend a certain type of cigar and I gotta say she was on point.

If youre from out of town dont come here to smoke a cigar. Members only smoke a cigar.

Ken & Nicole are dedicated to taking care of their customers... they even mailed my favorite cigars to me in Afghanistan. Now that Ken has retired, Nicole has kept that tradition alive and well. They have a great selection & great prices.

Ken (owner) is among the nicest and most knowledgeable shop owner I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Wide variety of sticks and the clientele in lounge was most inviting. I recommend his place to my clients so have no problem recommending to you! Tell him Brad sent you ;)

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Price was on par as compared to other shops!! Atmosphere was great as well. Not sure why others complain. Guess they want things on a silver platter and free!! Sticks are always fresh!!

I have been going here off and on for 5 yrs now. I am TOTALLY SHOCKED by the bad reviews! I have had nothing short of phenomenal customer service experiences under old and new ownership! Went in yesterday, 7/21/18 because i was in market for new humidor. I felt like I received top of the line customer service, quality products, and fair pricing. I will continue to come here even though its a bit of drive from Katy for me. I am very glad my former neighbor told me about this place in 2013! As a Veteran, May I suggest veterans/ active military/ law enforcement discount? Dont know if you all do or not, but would be nice addition. Thanks for the great service i receive, its very much appreciated!

Good little cigar and tobacco shop. If thats what you are into...

Rude and horrible service. Arrogant. Prices are much higher than stogies which is a better place to be with better prices.

Great shop with a super knowledgeable staff

I thought the guy was racist but after reading reviews I guess he is just rude in better words. As a business owner if you Do Not want to treat customers with respect and be kind why are you in business. Second visit and women is just as rude.

I went to shop for some sticks last week.I just couldnt do it. The sales clerk was super creepy. She just stood there and stared. I tried to strike up a conversation, nothing but a nod.I was too uncomfortable to hang around. Bye bye Barbara.

What a horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from this place. Customer service was horrible. He didnt greet me whatsoever. I will never go back. Its away people can take action against rude and unprofessional service. Stop giving these places your money.
