Always a pleasure shopping at J.Amazing customer service. All the workers/cashiers are super helpful and friendly. They run into their warehouse to look for sizes without any hassel or attitude. Prices are low and vast variety to choose from. I have always shopped at J. and will continue to do so.

I bought this kurta for my son from J. a couple of days before Eid and on the day of Eid I saw that shoulder was ripped. I tried calling and they are not answering the calls. I know there is no refund or exchange policy. This is very sad as the clothing should never be on display if it is defective. Very disappointing experience. Now my son has no ethnic clothes to wear for Eid 😡

Very high prices . For girl age 10 to 15 they dont have any good collection of cloths very few to choose from. Employees need more training and smile on their face.

Customer service is pathetic, no one picks up the phone and VM box is always full. I came to shop all the way from Austin and surprised to see pathetic dirty bathroom inside the store room in a country like USA where bathrooms of gas stations are even properly maintained. JJ is a big name in Pakistan. Proper clean restroom place must be build inside the store.

As soon as you entered there your eyes get full of tears you definitely missing a beautiful heart of junaid jamshed who was the Brand owner of this store .A famous Pakistani personality who died in a plane crash, anyway the store is decorated beautifully and verity of kurta you must check it out theirs cleanliness and professionalism. Huge selection is available and also don’t forget to write your email on the register if you are willing to buy goid clothes on affordable rates..

I am totally disappointed from their service. I have placed an order online. They have sent me wrong item. I have placed order & got charge for 6 items and received only 5 in which one is totally wrong item (kurta) I didnt order for. First of all my order shipped so late to me even I received a shipping label next day which was July 4th . They havent sent me any email which has described my items I have order. I have read so many other negative comments saying bad customer service, which is true, no one takes calls or dont reply their emails on their customer service section given. One time someone answered my call and saying InshaAllah you will receive in 2 days. P.S. THEY SHOULD NOT USE THIS WORD IF THEY ARENT SURE. I am continuously trying to contact them to return useless item & asking for refund of 2 items BUT no one is responding. I WILL NOT BUY NEXT TIME.

Came for shopping and found the store closed. There was no mention on web site or door with hours. They lost a lot of business. While we waited out side the store 5 other families came and left.

I spent $300 on clothing my receipt number is 58430 on 7/29/20, and the customer service was terrible they were throwing things everywhere, dropping the merchandise we were purchasing and no polite words. They are representing us Muslims badly, any American store they would be nice with words and greet us say thank you and serve with a smile.

Great selection of quality clothing available in a variety of colors and sizes at a very very reasonable price plus the store is very well laid out and they have a ton of changing rooms so you can try everything out no other store on hillcroft is laid out this well and still selling at these prices

Poor quality of clothing. Seams not stitched together properly, loose threds. Prices seem good but clothing quality is very poor.

I got time yesterday to visit this place the smell when I enter the store make me feel like I come to Pakistan . The staff was very professional they were helping a lot . The girl name farva was very kind and helping me a lot to find sizes and was taking care of other customers too. I’m glad that I visited there .I really like the environment all the staff was at their best and yes it was too busy . Keep it up J. :)

Really good quality Pakistani clothing store, in addition they have shoes and perfumes. Its conveniently located near all dining and shopping area and free parking. During the year they offer discounts on their products.

I was so surprised that’s the staff is so young but they are the worst staff by far no greeting, barely able to help us, all looked uneducated. This place is a disgrace to the junaid jamshed name. I would give 0 stars if I could, super disappointed.

First off, the store is beautiful and spacious. They have many styles and variety in different colors available in both men and women. Their service is good as you can see many sales associates on the floor helping out. They even sold childrens clothing. Two kurtas I picked out had stains on them and when I asked they didnt have any more pieces in the back storeroom. Unfortunately, I left because they only offered me a discount, but it was still expensive to purchase with stitching gone bad and stains on a new kurta.

They have the best selection, the employees are very helpful and Checkout staff is very friendly. Good to see that J. Is living up to its legacy. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

*First time purchase*I ordered 2 items from through the website: A mens cologne and a waist coat.The cologne (Khumar): Beautifully packaged and perfect as a gift. The cologne is lightly colored while the scent is refreshingly vibrant and not too sweet; perfect for all-day use.The waist coat (Deep Purple): This is item is more beautiful than its digital version. The shell fabric is soft and smooth while the inner lining is beautifully stitched. The whole tailoring is surprisingly exquisite and old school with perfect seams and cuts. It doesnt look like it has been mass-produced. I must say it is worth the price. I do advice buyers to get one size bigger than their regular wear since the coat is worn over the shalwaar.Customer service: I bought both items on-line so this experience is regarding the customer service that I received over the phone. The waist coat that the store in Houston had was deficient and they offered me a different color. I declined and they went ahead and ordered the item from Pakistan and shipped it separately from the cologne. When I received it, I found out I needed a bigger size and all I had to do was to ship it back and they will send a replacement free of charge even though it was basically my fault that I did not choose the correct size.Overall my purchase experience has been positive and I will definitely buy again.

Honestly, the kind of staff and service they provide for their customers I wouldnt even give them one star on the review. The staff has a really bad attitude and I am never going to this store again. I asked one of the girls to look for a size and she didnt even look for that size. She straight up told me that they dont have a size and walked away. Later on, I luckily found the size I needed in that same dress. I guess J. doesnt care about their customers and soon they will be out of business because of their staff attitude. Also, the person at the checkout didnt even acknowledge the fact that we were ready to check out. I went to the checkout and he was just standing and doing his own stuff. I told him we are ready to check out and than he just uttered oh ok.......

I wish there was a zero star i could give to this location. got myself a kurta and trouser same color. when i got home and checked it was a different size, drove back again all the way from the woodlands to there and then they gave me the same size but in a slight different color. poor customer service. zero ratings i would give. never going back to this shop ever again.

While shopping here, the staff person came and took away selected merchandise from our hands to the counter.....as if either I was there for window shop or whatever. On top of that, we purchased six items and asked for a discount, the staff rudely said NO..... which is not a problem at all, but there is a way to politely decline the customer. I dont have problem with the brand, but with the management. Wont shop again to this place, hope they will better customer experience.

Worst customer service. Like always, their sale is a joke, up to 50% but only a handful of items from 2014 were on sale. Everything you like either is not on sale or is only 10% off. Who sells 3 year old designs clothes??? This store used to be good before Junaid bhai passed away now it is a disgrace to the Junaid Jamshed name.

Maybe it was the lighting or the lattice wood work or just the massive mirror but it felt like maybe I was in the private closet in a Mughali Palace somewhere in the subcontinent. Ridha the sales clerk was very helpful and patient in guiding me in my make up selection. She explained the origin of the products, confirmed the products were halal, then worked with me on color matching all 9 make products that I ended up buying at a very competitive price. I can say I am quite satisfied with the service and products I received here and wouldnt hesitate to visit again.

I have an extensive amount of JJ clothing wear, both before and after Brother Jamsheds passing. The quality of clothing is still imaculent. No falling off buttons or loose threads. Same quality as the ones from Pakistan. It’s a close tie with the Bonanza brand, although that brand isn’t available in the USA. Now my only issue with JJ brand is with sizing and coloring; As a personal preference I like my clothes loose. So I tend to buy XL. Doing so limits my options. (JJ has select limited options for XL) I’m very brand loyal so I just end up wearing what I have and if I see an awesome piece in XL I add it to my collection. Anyway I digress; I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff at this location. In fact, I was greeted with a “sallam” and then assisted all the way through the purchase process. I stated what I liked and was looking for then pointed to the section that I was looking for. I selected what I liked and then I purchased what was available in the preferred sizing. The womens perfume collection smelled really nice, the one in the blue bottle was my favorite. Overall my final verdict is 4.8 stars.

Disappointed to see how they were managing the Eid rush. They had one huge line going all the way to the end of hall blocking the main entrance. The employees were all over the place. Instead of going to grab something for a customer an employee just kept shouting for one guy to get him the thing.

Beautiful collection of outfits in a store with a great ambiance.

Given the great products I decided to rely on JJ for my wedding outfits. My whole family ordered clothes from JJ. What a disaster!!...The idea was to get the items shipped to the US/home from the store in Pakistan. Spent countless hours on the phone and Skype sessions to make the order and get the custom sizing. The staff involved repeatedly told me not to worry about sizing and delivery timing. Completely dishonest.Ordered close to 15 items for $2,000.... and only 25% of the order was actually what we ordered. Items were wrong sizes, missed, not the color promised, etc...and delivered later than promised which made life complicated for me (the groom!).- Dont trust anything you are told. Sizing was wrong, orders were mixed up (mine and my dads switched!?!?), was told a discount would be applied and never was.- I had to find a tailor locally to alter my expensive sherwanis. At my own additional expense.- My dad was forced to keep clothing he didnt order because we ran out of time dealing with them.- To top it all off, I was told I could ship items to the Houston location and the order the stuff I wanted. After promising to reimburse me for the shipping - they didnt do it. So I shipped clothes and didnt get any kind of credit for the returns... dishonest again.Bottom line - lot of errors and no responsibility to correct errors. Save your time, money, and sanity and figure out an alternate or just buy directly inside of the store where you know what you will get.

The store manager was so irresponsible it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. In Fact he made a mistake and didnt even realize and felt sorry instead he felt confident.

I have seen some negative review already on google Here you go 1 MORE...........Worst Experience, the staff are destroying JJ Brand.. I hope higher management can take some action for this kind of a service at this location. When comparing this location to Dallas location there is a big difference service wise.
