Worst service I have ever received. I was harassed and followed by security like if I was going to steal something and when I decided to leave, the door was locked. I waited a long time to get an associate to help me but they were all just chatting in the back and no one was there.This has never happened to me before. In New York you don’t need to dress all up to go to buy a cheap $600 shirt. Regardless of that, if they want to give a service according of how you are dressed, they should learn that not all wealthy people wear the “logos” all over so people can see what the designer out loud. I was in gym Nike clothes and pony tail after my long workout, but I still had my $30k watch, my Cartier Jewlery and my Chanel bag.I do not recommend this Moncler location at all.

My husband was in Houston for business and stopped by the Moncler store to buy me a coat. The staff was super friendly and they were able to ship the coat to our home. Unfortunately, the coat was a little small. I called the store and spoke Chris and he was able to locate the coat in the size I needed. I sent the coat back and he was able to ship me the new coat. When I say above and beyond. His customer service was great and kept in touch with me during the process. Thank you Chris!

My daughter and I went to this place to buy a jacket for her. It was fun. She tried on a bunch of jackets to find the correct size. They didnt have the jacket she wanted in her size. However, they checked around and found the right jacket in Hawaii (yes, Hawaii).The store is a bit small but has access to the inventory everywhere. The staff was friendly and parking is free and easy. Of course, it is Moncler.

I had a very bad experience with this store. I want to share my experience with other potential buyers and person who love this brand to know this store doesnt accept any refund. I purchased a white color down coat 2 days ago but after the second thoughts white color might not be the best for me. So I went back to the store to ask for a return or exchange. Jessica and Christian attended me and rejected my request for return. But In terms of exchange, I have to find something that is more expensive than the current one I have. I had to keep the down coat because I couldnt find another more expensive one that I like. I fully respect their store policy but I felt hurt and disappointed. I am no longer the fan of this brand. More importantly, I feel it is very important to share my experience with other potential buy and this brand lovers. PLEASE MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION AND THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS IN THIS STORE!

If its not Moncler its Patagonia. This is the best way I can describe the quality. Yes, most people would agree in regards to the price point, Moncler is not going to be available to everyone. However, if youre a Patagonia aficionado and would like to treat yourself or feel the need to step it up. Then Moncler!As you walk in you will be greated by representatives ready to give you an awesome experience by proffesional service in making sure you are purchasing the right coat/jacket in fit and purpose of use regardless of purchasing or shopping.Depending on your size, certain sizes may need to be ordered. If this is the case, dont sweat it, they will order it for you and about 3-5 days later youll get a call for pick up.Anyhow. MONCLER!
