Clean store. Well lit. Organised! And she works there

Great employees. i was relieved to know that they still had a buy one get one free deal even after the website stopped doing so (for winter clearance). only downside is that the variety is very limited compared to online and that they have no “changing rooms” sign (just an open entryway at the very back of the store to access changing stalls). not terrible prices but certainly not cheap. good overall!

Only shop here when its buy one get one free. Prices are kind of high if its not buy one get one free but they do have a nice selection of graphic tees and decent jeans

They did not tell me what their return policy was fully. I had to remind them. Glad I read the print behind my receipt! Felt they were trying to take my money

Excellent service, quality products, pricey. Very pricey. But you get what you pay for.

I tried to exchange a jacket that was purchased for me by a friend as a gift but the short fat key holder made up a policy that doesn’t exist just so she couldn’t exchange it for me. It was a major inconvenience and unprofessional of her to make up policies that doesn’t exists

If I could give this store is zero I would I was just in the store and the manager Austin was horrible if you’re black please don’t shop here I have never been so embarrassed in my life he called security on me and my friend because we were talking then I was on my phone he called again it was just terrible never shopping there again
