I understand COVID, but only letting in three people at a time should be adjusted. Everytime I have come to this store, I’ve had to wait outside . The staff is very attentive though and they always have exclusive clothes !!!! This is why I always come back . :)

Waiting outside for 15 minutes. A bunch of guys came probably 10 minutes after me, when they finally opened the door they let all the guys in and told me to wait. I was in disbelief, then they closed for an hour to “clean” the store, the staff was hanging out with their friends and eating there was no cleaning going on.

This store is the perfect place to get your streetwear shopping done all in 1 place! They have tons of brands from Off white, Balenciaga, Burberry, Stone Island, Moncler, many more.

This place was so friendly and had many options. they are really friendly people and will tell you information about anything you have questions for. very high quality clothes for some reasonable prices. very nice experience overall.

That employee was extremely rude to one of the Charlo brothers. Man that’s messed up . 🥊 boxing all day!

Great spot for convos with friends or a date. Met up with a friend and our server George (ask for him) was AWESOME!! he offered suggestions on drinks and food as it was our first visit. He was so friendly and personable!!Will definitely be back, great 1st impression

Stopped at the Goodwill. They had other stores, butGoodwill had great deals. Git some wireless headphones for my son and s pair of Old Navy shirts for $20 total

This place is the worst. We where in line waiting for the Frida Vans that came out today. I was 5th in line they let two people at a time in. They ended up putting them online and sold out with in minutes they didnt come out to tell us. The staff was rude and you could see that they didnt want us their and kept making comments to the people going in not to steal anything. Like how rude. Im not even mad that I didnt get the shoes Im upset that this shop is was so unprofessional.

Very nice store, it has amazing designer street wear and unique items. The only thing it seems eveytime I have walked in the Ac is not on or not working and it just maked me want to leave. Its not pleasent to shop in a hot area with lots of windows.

Awesome staff with high-end low key collaboration designers.Well, its been a year since my first visit, and the staff is still Awesome and attentive. For those who are online shoppers looking for items on sale. I was impressed The Webster is Houstons Brick and Mortar that rivals sale prices you will find on Farfetch, Yoox, Luisaviaroma, ect.UPDATE! Category Returns/Exchange. My case was an exchange. My best recommendation for a smooth transaction is to read the Return Policy. Once you fit the criteria, it is smooth sailing. For example: I purchased a pair of sneakers yesterday, and wasnt really happy with them (low top) and really wanted he High Tops. So I went back the following morning and explained the reason for my exchange, and it was smooth The Webster had the high tops I was in exchange for. Even though I would have been just as delighted to have them ship the the store and come back to pick them up. Process was excellent!!!! The Webster is a Brick and Motor e-commerce is not going to be able to rival. True Story!Thanks again Webster, cannot remember who was there this morning 8/2/19 but the both of you are AWESOME!!!

Great customer service soon as you walk in youre greeted by a welcoming face I had help navigating through the items and finding a selection that I want it so I give him four stars and they offered me a beverage
