Bad customer service. Been coming here since May and the lady wanted to argue with me about dryers! Never again! Found a new place with amazing customer service on Fondren!

Decent Laundromat with many Large Capacity Washing Machines. It is Under New Management since Ive been going there over the years and seems to be much cleaner these days. I would say it is time to move to credit card payment and not all those quarters!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I’ve read reviews of discriminatory practices but now I know for sure they weren’t lies. Heard her tell a black woman that she couldn’t just use the dryer. Well the woman had intended on using both the washer and the dryer in the first place. But since when does a person have to wash and dry their clothes? Do you want the business or not? Wonder if someone of another ethnicity would have received the same treatment.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This man wont let me work on my laptop plugged in to his wall. How much more can you electric bill go up for 90mins? Be thankful people give you business, if you need a few more dollars for electricity then ask. Very petty behavior.

Attendant had a very bad disposition upon me entering until i left. I cant support people like this.

Im not sure if its just my luck, but incredible service. My first time using a laundromat and I was shown the ropes. The gentleman even noticed that I didnt load the proper amount of soap and got me squared away quickly. Great place, Ill come again.

Very expensive and not even clean....almost $8 for one load

Machines are good. Bring own soap as prices are not great ($5 for small box dryer sheets). Posted hours are changed by a piece of paper. Attendant kind of a jerk. Emphasizes closing in an hour. No kidding, your hand drawn sign says so. I get having a last load time, but dont get pissy about it, just state it and be done.

Always a free machine as they have many to choose from. Its never to crowded. The people are very nice

Dropped my king size sheets off to get cleaned (flat sheet, fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases). The lady said they shouldnt be dried, for some reason. I have been drying them in the dryer for a year and never had a problem, but I just told her if she wanted to hang dry to be on the safe side then go ahead. After bringing them home it was obvious they did nothing to attempt to get the wrinkles out. If they hang dry them you would think theyd iron or fluff them in the dryer to get wrinkles out, but no. They look ridiculous. And it was overpriced. $15 for what I brought in, and the quality of work, seems high. Wont be back.

So it 8:15 I was just told by one of the workers that they’re close even though on their hours it says from 7 to 9 PM they should have it on their Google page that they stop taking customers at 8 o’clock I just took a Lyft here and wasting my time and money

Attendant is very rude not helpful at all Ive visited twice and same service, prices too wash are ridiculously HIGH and most machines stay broken!

Place appeared clean and there was no blaring TV, but they have no single washers. Cheapest machine is $2.75.

Might have just been me but seemed like i spent about $20 at that change machine trying to dry my clothes and they still didnt get dry...i just left

I did not like this place because you couldn’t bring the laundry carts outside to get your clothes out of the car.

Rude front desk guy. He turn off my spin right infornt me while i was standing there and said what you are waiting for. He is really rude. Never gonna visit this place again.

Horrible customer service. They will try and lie about their written policies. The only reason is not one start is because technically you can wash your clothes here. Beware
