This was my second visit to this store. I am astonished at the level of customer service. Both of my visits were amazing. Everyone was so kind, informative, and understanding.

Dr. Castaneda has been my doctor for years; she is very professional and takes her time in answering all my questions. The front desk staff is also great, always greeting me when I come in. Now with this crazy pandemic they have taken the measurements to keep us safe by wearing mask, washing hands, and not allowing a lot of people in the waiting area. I would recommend Dr. Castaneda to anyone looking for an Optometrist.

Excellent service starting at the front desk!!!Dr. Castañeda really took the time and sat with me to explain my condition, what kind of glasses I am getting and why. They have cancelled my appointment twice in a row. There was no notice until the morning of. It’s very annoying that I miss work to go to these appointment and then the clinic cancels and doesn’t call to reschedule or anything.

Dr. Castaneda is very detailed and takes her time during her examination, she answered all my questions, she is also very warm and interested in her patients well being. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable, they also took their time at the optical and explained all the different options I had with my glasses. Upon my return appointment, they were very helpful in teaching me how to put my scleral lenses in and take them out. I would recommend this office to anyone who has eye problems.

Service is very good. I called them outside the store, one staff，a lady, came out and took my glasses into the store to repair.

My experience with Dr. Castaneda and staff was awesome! They are very professional and know how to treat their patients with respect and courtesy. The lady from the optic, wow! she is great!. I was prescribed progressive lenses for the first time in my life, and she was so kind and explained everything regarding the glasses. Dr. Castaneda took her time with my sons and me, when she was doing the eye exams. She explained everything so well. When you visit this office, you will find a professional and welcoming atmosphere, and great service!! God bless you all!!

I have been wearing glasses for over twenty years and Im only twenty eight. I have a very strong prescription that includes astigmatism and progression. I had been to another optometrist and we had several trials of glasses but we couldnt seem to get my prescriptions right. After weeks of headaches I found Dr. Castaneda I explained my needs to her and she immediately knew what I required I was in her office for over an hour but she was patient and thorough and ensured everything was right. I would highly recommend her services.

Thorough with examination. Over 10 years she improved my vision to half of what it was when I first saw her. No more headaches or eye spasms.

Found this place using google maps, and I am not disappointed! The doctor was very professional, and the staff was very kind. She even remembered me a week later when I came to pick up my contacts. The prices are alittle better than some of the places Ive been to.

I had a great experience at Optomedica Eye Consultants in Katy! I easily got an appointment and was seen immediately upon arrival. Dr. Castaneda didnt make me wait for more than 5 minutes after doing the preliminary stuff (eye puff thing and look at the barn thing) with the optician. She did a comprehensive exam on me as it was my first time there. Everything was quick, and I had a feeling that shed been doing this for a long time. Turns out she has practiced over the past 14 years with both ophthalmologic and optometric practices giving her extensive experience with both fields.My contacts needed to be ordered and was called when they were in. Popped in, got them, and walked right on out! 2 minutes tops! I appreciate an office that values my time as a patient. Everything was quick but not rushed, and the staff is wonderful they asked if I needed water and they were able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this office to anybody looking for an eye doctor in the Katy area!
