They always fill my prescriptions extremely fast and are very helpful answering any questions I might have
I was making a quick stop before visiting the hopsital. As I was looking at the fridge to check out the drinks, the employee who was restocking the fridge turned to me yelled Just say excuse me. I was nowhere near her personal space, and I do know how to say Excuse me if I had to reach anything. Just because I am Asian, doesnt mean I dont speak English. She had disguests in her eyes that made me very uncomfortable. Dont take it on others when you having a bad day and dont judge base on my look. Will never visit this place again. Never in my life felt so uncomfortable by CVS.
Although I do think it is wrong for CVS as a company to leave one person to attend an entire store!I think her name was Mary,You could see she was a bit stressed out but still managed to get everyone taken care of.She was super cordial and sweet.
Clean and organized
They have those nifty new self-checkouts. Awesome right? Well, as long as you dont need help, because thats not happening. I decided to get a bottle of wine and it told me to wait for an employee to confirm my age. Thirteen minutes went by, so I started walking back toward the pharmacy... then i realized, no... If they cant be bothered to pay attention to their customers, then Ill go someplace else. Left the mess there and went to Walgreens. I wont be back.
I love CVS
Best CVS near to medical center! Friendly staff. All the items are available in their best of quantity and quality most show up with the sale !! Recommend it!
Best CVS Ive ever been to. The pharmacist Dr.Hayder is super professional and nice. I think every CVS needs a pharmacist like him. 5 stars for sure
She purposely forget to ask my number to get the 8$off... she had dirty fingers too
Very rude staff. I was there March 13 around 12:30pm. We were asking regarding the phone cards. We had no clue on how to use or which one to buy since were not from the country. They told us in a rude tone that we should know what we want they cant help us. Then they called the next customer. Two staff were an old african american girl and a mid 20s african american girl.Hope this can be addressed.
Excellent communication from the pharmacy. They promptly contact me to ask if I want the to call in a refill to my doctor and go above and beyond just the electronic notification of medications to be picked up. Much better experience than what I had with Walgreens. They take on full responsibility of coordinating my medication, leaving me able to focus my priorities on other things. Awesome!
You need to update your website info ... youre still showing that youre open on Saturday and Sunday, but youre not. Luckily, it was a beautiful day for a walk ... a long walk ... but Im not giving you guys the credit for that. Please recognize that youre in the midst of a huge medical community, and you should understand that many of the people who need to visit your pharmacy have things on their minds beyond whether or not you know how to put the right information out there. Total fail.
I called the W Holcombe @ Greenbriar location around 4:25, put on hold & then was disconnected. I called again & was hung up on. I was not told thr would be closing soonThen I called back & No One answered the phone. I needed some over the counter Vertigo medication. I cant drive around in this condition thats why I called first. Very Poor Customer Service from that employee
I just like this very store! Used to live down the street
Horrible service. The staff didnt care customers privacy.I ordered same day photo print online, and went to pick my prints on second day morning. My photos were left on the instant photo printer desk. No staff took care of them. Everyone walked into the door could see them. I found some finger prints on my photos, suggesting the customers using the printer may look my photos (to make sure they are not theirs?)When I checked out, the staff charged me the instant printing price (35cent/print), but not the online price (29 cent/print).When I point out the problems of my printing privacy and the wrong charges, they gave me many excuses but never say sorry.I will never use CVS photo print service again!
Super bad customer service and they are a thieves and they dont care about nobody time !! They took $20 extra from my debit card then i called customer service and they put me on hold more than 30 min tow time then they asked me to call back again tomorrow... !!
This used to be my favorite pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is actually very helpful and friendly. BUT, their hours are awful! I arrived to pick up my husbands rx at 7:59pm - literally! And the pharmacy staff were walking out the door. This was my second time coming to the store today because the rx was not ready on my first stop in.The store manager said sorry, you will have to call another store. And when I told her I forgot my phone at home, she simply said sorry, your going to have to figure it out. I am on the fence as to whether or not I will return to this location, 8PM is too early to close a pharmacy!
The specifics of inventory and prices and allowances change dramatically depending on who and what day you are dealing with pharmacy. I take meds for mood disorders and having to get my meds shouldnt be one of the anxiety aggressive untruthful fears involved.
This place has the smallest food aisle and a half, go elsewhere if you need anything cold beyond milk beer or ice cream. The store manager was nice though
This is geared toward the Pharmacy Department the Pharmacist on staff was Mr. Ossi. On September 29,2017 10:30am I went to get my sons prescription filled for he just finished having major oral surgery at Scurlock so this CVS is very close. I always come to this location to get my percriptions filled. Well I was told by Pharmacist Ossi he would not fill my sons percription which was vicodin because I could go to Walgreens to fill it since I have insurance(BLUE CROSS). I told him I didnt care I will pay out of pocket my son just got out of surgery and I wanted to get him home. He still said NO to much paperwork and as a Pharmacist he has the right to refuse to fill a prescription . All he had to do was look up my sons information and see yesterday I had just purchased amoxicilin the day before so surely this prescription was not going to be abused and he could have called the doctor to confirm. HE DID NEITHER ONE! So I had to go to Walgreens which took a while. My son had to wait for an hour because of him to receive his medication and you know the anesthesia had worn off so he was in alot escrutiating pain. I called the 800 number received an incident number now going to see if the following people are going to respond and handle this awful issue. Leadership Team to Area Mgr.: A. Luke, District Mgr.: C. Holman to Regional Mgr.: R. Edge I am not going to let this go! I have never complained ever but this time I will not STAND FOR IT!
I liked it more bwfore they reduced hours
I always buy eggs from CVS and most of the time some are cracked. They flip the cracked eggs upside down so you really cant tell untilyou are ready to use them. I dont understand how CVS can sell adamaged product. Its called cheating and fraud. They charge a lotof money for these eggs.
Had to pick up a Rx for my dad after his surgery, and the staff in the pharmacy and at the check out counter were friendly. I probably could have gone without the discussion with the clerk about how nice it is for me to be looking after my dad after surgery, but all in good gesture.
Polite Pharmacist! Even called around to help!
They definitely have your back.
On more than one occation the pharmacy called to say my per prescriptions were ready, and upon arriving at the store, the pharmacy said that they were out of the medicine.
Big CVS large variety of merchandise
Normal CVS, can have slow service when several people come to pick up prescriptions.
The pharmacy staff is very rudenot helpful at all !
Not as large as other locations, but has all your basic needs
Pharmacy hours different from listed store hours.
They never have my prescription in stock
Staple of the Community.
