I come here early mornings and Travis and Karen along with the other workers make me feel very welcomed! Always greeted upon walking in, they make sure to have cups for me to the BEST ICE ever for my morning smoothies I prepare. I’ve witnessed Great management for the past 2 years. They have to deal with rude and sometimes entitled customers. Patience is definitely something Travis and Karen have because some of these customers really try it but their professionalism stands strong.

Yet again, it’s 1:15 am at a 24 hour establishment and there’s no one here and the store is locked. This happens all the time. Team members either leave early and lock up or they take long breaks and just lock up. Either way it’s annoying and definitely not a good thing. This place is so badly run.

The store is nice, clean, and new. It is really nice when it is open all of the time, like it says on the front of the store and right here: 24Hrs!This store is right on the line between Houston and the Harris county portion of Missouri City, so you should generally feel much safer here than at the Texaco at South Main and Fondren, given the minimum end of the police response time from Missouri City is 50% or less than the adjacent areas of Houston.Far too often they are closed between midnight and 6 a.m. with a paper, hand-written, sign on the door indicating such. That is frustrating enough, but when there is an employee inside looking at you, and they are still closed, completely, it takes the furstration and exasperation of a too necessary to fail wee-hours trip, (for whatever people usually go to a gas station for at 3 in the morning,) to heretofore unseen levels.

The staff is friendly but the store is always lacking something no ice, no cups, no fountain drinks, dont think its the staffs fault I think is just bad managment. On the upside it does have an eating area and a TV.

Absolutely wonderful staff my husband and I consider friends. They are helpful and make sure to keep place clean and running smoothly. Great coffee and selecion of snacks and cute little toys for the kids!

Nice looking but Slurpee machines are almost always not working properly which is really annoying.

I’ve rated this before but good god. It was 11:30 Pm and I had just returned near my home for the evening after getting some tea with my friends. I wanted a snack on my way home. I stopped at Stripes and there’s a message on the door that says “Closed till at least 4am or until a manager is on the property. Sorry for the mishap.”Like how can you report that you’re open 24 hours when you always ALWAYS close at 12am and open back up again at 5am? I’m about to send a complaint to corporate. Everyone that works here (except two young men who are always helpful and respectful) is disrespectful, pushy, rude, unhelpful, and lazy. The stores always out of something be it cigarettes or drinks. And the gas pumps never work, they almost always have that awful yellow bag on its pumps. It’s always dirty. And it’s just an unpleasant visit in general everytime i go! I try to never go there unless it’s an emergency, but god is this place just the worst!

Rude, inappropriate behavior, no customer service skills. Manager is all talk yet never get results in a positive direction!!! DO NOT spend your money at this location!!! Go aware but this convenience/gas station store!!

Poor safe food handling practices. Picked up potatoes with meat tongs and handed open container off to cashier. Salsa had gone sour.

Great host and hostess are my reason for 4 stars, but the coffee makes giving 5 stars even easier.

Very under-maintained. Many of the prepared foods are either out of stock or still raw. I do not recommend buying anything in-store either.

This is a cool store they have great products but they never seem to make my taco correctly I always pay for bacon about time I get home look in my taco no bacon and they charge a fortune for it this is the second or third time this has happened okay this is a week later and they do it again no bacon in my taco after charging me for it when will I learn I think I will just stay away from this place

They get a good rating because the gas prices are great for top tier gas and the fact that they have a digital air pump. I feel safer here than at most stations on Fondren.

I have to be honest!! This place by far one of the most horrible places Ive ever been.. a book cant be judged by its cover but give me a break !! The cashiers out of two not even one was willing to charge me for what I was getting . Instead they said wait wait we are almost done chitchating!!! I guess they dont know they work for a customer and if by any chance they do know but they dont care then they need to quit!!!

Great gas prices I dont know why this rating is so low. The employees are not robots. They can only go so fast.

I go here at times to reload my green dot card to pay bills or whatever and everytime I go they tell me we dont reload or add money to cards unless its our gift cards. Now I know thats a lie because Ive done it here before plenty of times. Now I go in yesterday to reload my card and they give me the same B.S. response so I how them my receipt from the day before and they still tell me the same thing so I ask for a manager he tells me they dont do it so I show them my receipt and he doesnt know how. Theres a long line of ppl so I go around the counter show the manager how to add or reload cards and ask that he retrain all his employees because not all of them including himself know how to do it and I explain to him that I use to manage three 7-11 at once where I was from (Austin, tx) and never had the a store ran as horrible as this one. Rude ppl, always out of something, long lines, bathroom not cleaned at times, sometimes closed in the middle of the night...... just plain horrible!!

Never come here! I went to the drink machine and some lady cuts me off and I know she saw me. After Im done, I get in the line that is 3 miles long, there was 2 people working at the cashier, one was counting pennies and the other was actually working. Some drunk guy, comes in and says, Oh yall better hurry up, yall just taking yall time to the cashiers. He kept saying that over and over again, then the working cashier is going off on the drunk guy and the lady who cut me off is instigating it. I was done! U see everybody in this line but you arguing with somebody who is clearly unstable! I will just stick to the one closer to my house!

Well, I was one of the first customers when this Store opened and I had been a loyal customer until today. I was going to buy Gatorade which was advertise for $2.00 for a 28oz. But the cash register rung up $2.37. The cashier told me if I buy 2 Gatorades then its $4.00.....which would be $2.00 for each one. However, the advertisement should that would be for a 32oz not a 28oz.....In America stores are supposed to sell items for the price thats advertised despite what the cash register said. Im not complaining about 37 cent differences. Sell the price to your customers that you are advertising.

Friendly staff, Always extremely clean, Great breakfast tacos at a reasonable price and a variety of coffees, and drinks to choose from!

Prices are off the chain, definitely just get gas or tacos if flies are not on them and if your handicap forget about parking in the handicap parking area, because sign is up big as day but no one pays attention to it, the ground parking paint is barely noticeable, and definitely go elsewhere for phone cords they start at 14 bucks smh 👎👎 thumbs down at this location for sure

I had a bad experience today i went to pump gas and the pump didnt work i moved to the next and it didnt work .... I guess this guy didnt turn on the pump 30 min in there for nothing so i just went back inside to get my money back and the same guy was handling the money to me but didnt want to let go so i took the money and leftPs i went inside 5 times for nothing

I stay walking distance from this store... its supposed to be open 24 hours but I walked to the store at 1 am and the two men working wouldnt let me in. 24 hours my ASS !!

I went to pick up a diet cola and a 6 pack of beer. An employee with a blue turban came out and started spraying some kind of chemical in the air, while lunch was being served.. I said, I cant breathe, that will kill me. She said, Im sorry as she continued poisoning the air with her airspray, disinfectant or whatever it was loaded with fluorocarbons or some other dangerous chemicals. I walked out, my boyfriend stayed to pay. He came out coughing. I will never try their food, it was sprayed on and I will contact the manager to make him aware of the callous attitude of his employee. I love their pricing but am dissapointed with the cavalier attitude and carelessness of this employee. I am itching and a rash is appearing, I hope noone else has to go through this.

New facility with good service & tacos... but, there are homeless people that sleep or hangout inside store...

I went to Stripes early on Sunday morning, the store was crowded and only one person working the cash register and making coffee. I waited in line almost ten minutes just to pay for gas. Every time I come here there is a long line and never enough cashiers.

Never open late hours ........false advertisement
