I ordered some hair products from them. At first things were going well. I was unable to order from the website due to glitches. The store attendant was very helpful. She placed my order on Friday and I paid through cashapp. I got the order and the box was stained. When I opened it the bottles had spilled. The tops were opened and werent taped. I called the store and now they were reluctant to talk. They apologized for not wrapping it properly. Then hung up. Thats not a resolution. I requested a resolution. They want me to spend my money to send it back. No.👎I think they should pay for the shipping since it is their mistake. Or they should charge me half since tbe bottles are no longer full and reimburse me the shipping since it obviously failed..l havent heard from them in over a week. I

For a small business they have a huge supply a great hair products. Its hard to find items for natural hair but they have it all. I declare this is the best store in the southwest area!

The is an excellent black business to support no matter your race or whatever as long as youre respectable the owner will treat you with dignity ! The cashiers that work at this establishment is beyond helpful always respectful and super friendly I urge you to check the business out and lock it down 👌🏾 !!!

You wouldnt believe how many products they are able to fit in such a small place. They literally have everything you could possibly think of for your hair. The variety is amazing. The prices are great and much lower than other beauty supply shops in Houston. Also, the customer service is excellent. The clerk is very friendly and always very helpful. Many of their inventory is available for order on their website but I think there are more items in the physical store than online. The location is also very convenient as it is close to both Hwy 59 and the Beltway. This is the best beauty supply store hands down.

They are trusted, reliable, and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I live out of state, and stumbled on this business online. I was first skeptical when I could not order online and was asked to call and place my ordered. My skepticism went away when my first order arrived the third day. All may orders have arrived within four days.They also appear to be secured! I did place a watch on my account and my name after my first order (since I had to give my information over the phone), so far nothing unusual has been noted. Security was my biggest concern, but not anymore.I could have given them a 5/5 stars if I could place orders online and use Pay- pal or Amazon pay to pay for my purchase.

They have posted that they are open until 8:30. Drove over there at 6:30 and they wete closed. Your website should be accurate.

Placed my order on Feb 21st. I still dont have it. Emailed the company to check on my order, no response. Called on March 1, they asked me to leave my name and number and they would call me back. No return call. Oh yeah, they did take my money though. Today is March 5, 2016, WHERE IS MY ORDER!

My wife has Alopecia, and went to Impulse Beauty Supply to shop for a wig. Soon after she came into the store, the woman at the counter, who said she was the owner, literally started yelling at her, and demanding she leave, screaming I dont have to serve you!I do not know if the woman was racist or just hated people who were losing their hair, but her behavior was extremely hateful and completely bullying. My wife did not say anything, nor do anything to provoke this attack. The woman was completely out of line and had no business attacking a customer.Needless to say, we will not be back, but we will definitely be sure to let everyone know about cruel, hateful woman who runs this business.DO NOT BUY FROM HER UNLESS YOU APPROVE OF TORMENTING PEOPLE SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THEIR APPEARANCE.
