Very quick to respond and reliable

A great no fuss experience. The project manager and owner came out to do the initial evaluation of our floors. The quote they gave us was reasonable and I liked the fact that they offered to work around our schedules (I travel out of town a lot for work). Would use them again definitely. Wish they did pool installations, since that job is next.

Division-9 was great to work with. They were awarded the garage remodel for my home. They were very clear on what we were getting. They definitely know the Art of their trade. Construction went very smooth and was completed ahead of schedule. Will most definitely recommend Division-9.

Professional, no fuss delivery of my bathroom upgrades. Excellent communications, clear scope and cost control delivered to promise. Craftsmen were polite, tidy and managed their work to a high standard. Overall excellent.

Initially, our interaction was great. They came out and did measurements and the design. When we were ready to move forward with the project, they did not return phone calls or emails. I called the office and asked if they were swamped due to hurricane work and was told no. I then left another message for the designer to call me. I have not heard from the company to this day.

We are renovating our apartment community in Conroe and getting our mirror frames from Division 9. They are very professional and quick to respond to emails, calls, and if there is ever a broken frame in shipment, they have replaced it. Would recommend them to others and have no complaints!

The team did a great job on a complicated outdoor patio deck. The tile placement and selection process was smooth and they are very professional. Measure twice, cut once- was their methodolgy. I am very pleased and my friends and family love the final product.

Great experience working with Division 9. Their reliability and honesty earned my business. Jorge and his team installed VCT in the corridors and tile in all the restrooms in a 237,000 square foot high school.

Division-9 and I worked together on the Aldine ISD School Conversions project — an incredibly logistically challenging and time constrained endeavor — where they replaced tile in over 100 restrooms mostly while the schools were still in use. I found them to be flexible team players. Their strength is clearly Customer Service: they are very good at making potentially large problems small or non-problems at all. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone.
