I called Elyon and spoke to a person named Sunday. I explained what I wanted to do. He sent me introductory information via email. I replied, giving him specifics and wanting from him an idea of what my costs would be. I got no reply. At that point, it wasnt a big deal, as I was waiting on the customer to place the order. I was just looking for a ballpark estimate.About a month later, the customer is ready to proceed. I emailed Sunday with the specifics and asked for a quote. I got no answer. Two days later, I called Elyon. I dont know who I spoke to, but I explained to him that I emailed Sunday and got no response. The person took my number and told me he was sure Sunday would get back to me. Five days later, I have received no communication.Look people, if you dont want to do business with someone, just tell them. Perhaps two pallets of merchandise wasnt worth their time. Fine. Just tell me. Dont tell me youre going to do something and then simply ignore me.I hope you have better luck with Elyon if you choose to do business with them.
