The installation crew was phenomenal as well and they took care of everything just as promised. With the amount of shady people there are in this industry, Bayou Graphix is NOT one of them. Matt is a very humble guy and has excellent craftsmanship. He took his time and explained you can’t rush wrapping jobs in the end he was super on point with the price and a really humble guy in general.This was my first time using Bayou Graphix and honestly the ratio of what I paid vs the work done is outstanding Matt was really cool on the price and choose to take his time and do it right so my wrap can last a very long time for me I am very thankful for his hard work.

I drove down from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Houston, Texas to get my van wrapped by bayou graphix. The experience was great, the customer service was awesome. They treated me as if I was family. I would definitely recommend them.

As a business owner, I am very supportive of other businesses. I try not to say anything about a business unless it is positive. However, I feel obligated to inform the public by providing this review.I just got off the phone with these fine people. They quoted me almost double the advertised price. I asked why? They said our website is ten years old and these prices have been increased since then. I knew right then, that this is not a truthful statement . I told Matt I am a business owner, and when someone sees something on my website I have to honor it . Well, it sounds that this company is in demand and that Matt a goal/sales driven salesman. I wonder if the owner is aware of this, or if he is aware of the legality of false advertising? Good Luck!

Needed a birthday present for my husband and had the idea to have his rear windshield done with a TCU graphic. Searched several companies through Facebook and sent messages to about six different companies. Heard back from a couple that said they wouldn’t do a small job, one referred me to Bayou Graphix and the others never even responded. From my first communication with Bayou Graphix they were professional, willing and more than accommodating to my request. When my husband left town right before his birthday I was hoping to have it done while he was gone to surprise him. They worked within my tight schedule and even went way above and beyond to get it installed hours before my husband returned home. He loves it and I can’t say enough great things about this company! New owner is a FRAUD - Mr. Della Crosse, Owner/President asked me to increase his budget for Ads Marketing and got a lot of leads and then decide not to pay me. I am using Commercial Collections to get my invoice paid and he is ignoring calls and saying its not his bill to pay. I know the entire crew at Bayou Graphix - they are great people but MR. DELLA CROSSE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I have DOCUMENTATION OF WHAT HE ASKED ME TO DO & COMMUNICATIONS THAT HE WOULD PAY ALL OF THE INVOICES. I have attached image of the Collection Letter.

Very disappointed got a quote for full wrap I agreed once I am ready to do it Matt email me back that price was higher, when I called him he will not return my calls, after a week talked to his boss Bill he said math made mistake that price was higher that written quote, and by the way will be 4 weeks before we can even see your truck. I wasted 2 weeks waiting to wrap my trucks and they wanted to take advantage and raise prices after they quoted. very unprofessional companypeople told me about them that they had problems with them but I though it was not true
