The lady in the jewelry department is rude and very condescending. Instead of at least pretending to test a diamond I brought in she just glanced at it and said its fake. i asked her how can you tell the difference and her answer was My knowledge. So I asked again and told her maam Im not trying to insult your intelligence Im just asking a question. I see why they barely get business and got looted during hurricane harvey LOL .
