Loved this convenience store. It has the soda fountain machines with tons of options and flavors, which I love. Service was incredibly kind and he seemed to be taking care of everyone in the store like a local hero. Parking is a bit tricky but once you navigate it you’re good. Great location off Shepherd and I-10. Clean and organized convenience store. Nothing bad to say!

Why circle k getting too much work from their staff.I see employee had to do cleaning and stop to help the customer and doing other things and come back to customers..

Great customer service !! Was in a jam with my car and Joaquin .M. The manager jumped in got me what I needed and even before asking he offered to help with the car. Really appreciate the help and kindness .

I like this circle-k VALERO...I Like the location and especially the fountain drinks. The sodas are my favorite and at a great price.I still have the refill mug i bought way before the corona (cabrona) came in.I like all the variety of things you can buy.

Its ok

This gas station has the worst gas pumps in Houston. I have never had such trouble with vapor-lock pumps. Ive tried several different pumps and I can never get the gas to pump consistently without shutting off over and over and over. Vapor-lock pumps can be finicky, but these are something else. The gas is usually cheaper than the surrounding area, but Im not sure its worth the annoyance anymore.

This Valero has the WORSE customer service ever! I was refused gas one morning because he was “busy doing paperwork” but as soon as a white girl walked up and needed help he was all of a sudden done. I’ve never in my life had to deal with somethin like that and I am HIGHLY PISSED.

Cashier was rude. She had the nerve to be eating a meal while working the register. She was so distracted with eating that she didnt turn the raggedy pump on. My mother back inside to tell her that the pump wasnt on and she had an attitude when my mom told her the pump wasnt on.
