Called ahead to ask for a part “in stock “and was going to give information for pick up, was told no need we have a lot in stock just come by and pick it up instead. So instead of verifying the right way I’m told to just come (not taking vin / model / year). I arrive only to be told after 30 minutes they don’t have it in stock but I can go to the other location across town to pick it up. Completely unorganized, unprofessional and a complete was of time. I can see why they have a low star rating

Been here for 30 minutes and the front counter has not even acknowledged I’m even here. I will tell my guys to go the new location for now on. I would t even bother coming up here! Worst truck place in the entire city!!! Turn around and do NOT come here!

Last time I will be calling the parts dept. I have been nothing but a loyal customer for awhile now and was just completely disrespected. This review goes for the main center off hwy 90.

This place was very professional and they helped me out to get my truck back up and running again and also was very honest about what I needed to get done to my truck I highly recommend others to come to this place .

12,000 worth of work truck back in the shop three days later technicians did not put my motor back together right thank god it did not blow up

Parts department is extremely slow.

Nice people but took 4 hours to do a basic PM service. In the truck world this means that you lost your entire driving day.

Please don’t get your truck repair or Diagnose here they are way overpriced they will take every penny out of your pocket they say something but do totally opposite if you want to get robbed you are most welcome to go there just beware of this VOLVO Dealer
