This store is very clean and well organized. The staffs are very polite even the security guard is very nice to hand out mask for customer without one!
Not great. Their terminals didn’t work so they said to order online and come back later. For a product that was in front of me on the table…Not a great way to show off apple products. How they don’t work all the time.1 star because the employee took my phone and went straight to my credit card app to see my balance, because he thought that was the problem(of course it wasn’t). Rude.
I went to the Apple Store on Sunday, mentioned my Apple TV wouldnt turn on. They had me come back on Monday, just to plug the Apple TV on power and confirm what I have said and to say they cant do anything about it. So essentially:1. They made me do one unnecessary trip to the store.2. They spent 30min of time confirming what I have said (which could have been done on Sunday).3. They dont fix their own products, which tells a lot about the culture of the disposable items.4. I continue with the problem.
I was serviced by an incredible miserable woman today. She seemed ill informed and was amazingly rude. I was refused a follow up email (which has been offered to me before). Do better Apple.
I had the oddest experience in this store today. I purchased an iPhone 13 pro max, launch day, a little over a week ago. Turns out I picked up a rare defective device. I went to return it / exchange it and a pretty sassy genius bar employee told me that wasnt possible because of the chip shortage. Ok. Manager Leslie becomes involved and she found a brand new phone in the back to swap the phones out. Awesome. My exchange is handed off to three other employees to handle and process but then they tell me that a particular swap couldnt be done due to cell phone carrier drama. ok. They tell me I can do a free warranty replacement but that due to the phone shortages id have to wait a week or so. (so about that shiny new phone in the box????) after some more go into the backroom and deliberate what they want to do with my issue they come back out and say they now located warranty replacement phones... Magic. The genius folks rotate staff members once again as to who is going to help me. One guy told me Verizon wasnt answering the phones to activate my warranty replacement, another tells me its going to get activated. 3.5 hours later have a warranty replacement phone. I Dont get a fancy box that matches the serial number or anything. This store used to be the gold standard of customer care. Leslie the manager was pretty kind. The first girl I spoke with upon arrival set the tone for a negative experience the rest of the visit. At the end of this experience, all received was an “Im sorry this happened to you”
Tristan was wonderful. He was so kind and efficient. He somehow revived my computer and I am forever thankful!
The computers are terrific. I need one for writing to finally finish projects started in 2007.Employee mentality here. Some of them try to slight customers. I have met interacted with Wozniak in 2004. These employees act like dweebs sometimes. The one yesterday was helpful. I am seriously underemployed. Maybe its my hair. People dont want to be called maam. I will discuss further on YouTube. Also I did much better in Physics than taking Psychology multiple choice exams where I did better in writing. That annoying maam business. Can the public school teachers stop telling students to call people maam?

I went to apple store this morning early and wait like 2 hours until they open to buy the new iphone 13 promax. I came early because I want to be the first person so they can get reservations for me first. I know it’s hard to get the new phone now. They open at 10am and at 9:50 1 guys came out and said they sold out all 13 promax. Im ok but wait for 3 hours already so wait 10 more minutes and asking they check maybe they have something for me. So when they open, another guy said they may have few, but the one came at 9:50 just always said have nothing, then i said with the guy said have few please check for me because im waiting 2 hours and he checked, and both us saw the store have some phone. I saw by my eyes and the guy check for me saw it too, but they still said they have nothing. So what’s wrong, im customer, i pay over $1k for the phone, im not ask them give it to me. Why they can do that with their customers, it’s unbelievable. It’s hard to order online and I wake up early to come and buy in store and that’s what they did to me. So upset and disappointed
Service was excellent in the store, joanna was so helpful she explained everything for us about the phones, sure Ill come back again.
We havent been there for awhile, but we decided to try it out. I was not to happy because lots of people were not wearing masks and not social distancing. 😔 We got what we needed and got out fast, too many people, some were coughing and not covering their mouths 😒.

Came here not realizing I needed an appointment. But a quick trip to lunch and back to the store at my appointment time, I was seen quickly and received great customer service. The staff was friendly and relatable, they got me exactly what I needed! I will for sure visit this location again.
Went there to get a IPad 11-inch pro and ended up getting a Air IPad that a employee sold me in mistake of the one I wanted, the guy made false statements on how he showed me and even told me the model when he didn’t. When we came back to return the IPads and exchange them for the ones we did come for, he made some comments to a coworker and didn’t seem to notice that I heard him say that, he was extremely rude. Don’t understand why he couldn’t just do it correctly the first place, everything could’ve been avoided.
Staff is on point. Helped a wreck of a person like me out big time. Lol . But for real, they take care of what you need and not want. Really shows that they care about there customers.
I went to buy a macbook last week and no one came to help me. I was there for over an hour. Unfortunately this has not been the first time, a month ago I was there to buy the iPhone pro max and I had to go look for someone to help me. He seemed very uninterested in helping me. I decided to go somewhere else and bought my phone at the Tmobile nearby.
I would just like to say thank you to the manager (Chris B.) and his team. They made my experience so good. While it took some time they were not only friendly and helpful, but got the job done with no hesitation to help me. I will be coming back to them for any services or purchases in the future!

I went there to get my daughter’s IPad checked since it was not turning on. I was there on Saturday and there was huge crowd. The associate who attended told more than one hour to attend you since you don’t have the prior appointment. I took the appointment and roamed in the galleria mall. After waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes I got a message to get in the store. The associate who attended was kind of rude and not so friendly. He was kind of arrogant and not courteous. He tried to charge and the ran a diagnostic. It popped with some messages and he asked me was the iPad charging? If it was charging why do I need to visit and waste my time there. Then he offered me a replacement for 250$ which is may more than I paid in 2019. The product which was launched in 2019 and almost not available in the market. There is a new version iPad 8th generation which costs 280-300$ online. I told the same thing to that associate it doesn’t make any sense to pay more than the original purchase amount. Only lady told me that Apple store gives you brand new sealed pack.I asked what about other authorized sellers who also sells the sealed brand new product. She even told me that the replacement offer is up to the customer to take a decision. I told let me wait for couple more months to get iPad 9th generation. This was totally waste of my time in the hot and humid weather during this pandemic time. Don’t ever go to Apple store if you don’t have the extended warranty or the product is out of warranty. There were 4-5 associates talking to each other and relaxing. They say there is a huge wait time about 1-1.5 hours. I was seeing many of them were simply roaming.

I came here, to Apple for one their learning sessions. The session was about creating music with Garageband application, which is a great app for music makers. They were well prepared and nice environment. Only 3 people were there for the session. But It was very crowded at products section. I had the chance to try the new macbook air and ipad pro. It was fun. 👌
I understand we’re in a pandemic however I wasn’t aware we had to make an appointment to speak to an assistant at apple. Didn’t even have the chance to get near when a short female constable who I unfortunately didn’t get her name approached me and said if I needed anything. I told her I wanted to speak to someone there because I was having issues with my iPad and she rudely stated I wasn’t going to be able without an appointment. As I was walking away and stopped in front of the store to speak to my boyfriend she came back and again RUDELY asked if we had a problem reiterating that there is no exceptions to walk-ins when we had already understood the first time. There was no need to be rude about us standing there.
Apple is a joke. Overpriced hardware and the employees get stumped at the slightest technical questions.
Unbelievably poor service, should get no stars. Waited in line outside for 35 minutes while others behind me who also didn’t have an appointment, went in the store. Asked to talk to manager and discovered that, . as I was only interested in seeing and buying a charger, I didn’t have equal priority with customers wanting to buy a phone or watch. Clearly, this is the policy of this store. I had always felt very good about Apple and it’s customer service. I have bought many iPhones and iWatches in the Virginia, Tysons Corner store and had good service, even during the pandemic. The Houston store is a real disappointment. Recommend other reasonable customers go somewhere else.

Bought a new iPhone 12 Pro Max last night, apple specialist could not connect the phone for over an hour. Tried different phones, SIM cards... then I was told it is ok... It worked in the store for a few min, but actual installation was not complete. I went home, the installation went on... then I find out the phone does not work!!! Shutdown, restarted a few times, no cel phone signal. In addition, I received unauthorized monthly Phone Care charge of $10.81!!! It will continue to charge me the monthly fee, god knows for how long. I paid off the phone, I don’t need monthly care and the phone does not even work!!!! The next appointment will be late today, it is totally bad experience, I wish I could give it 0 rating for careless service and ridiculous charges!

I was astounded at how snippy and rude the greeter was. I know things have been difficult during the pandemic and many people without masks have caused problems but I am not one of those and I wear a mask. Maybe he had had a hard time with people earlier, but he was so short, snippy and rude. I couldn’t even get basic information from him.

Bad customer service, i came in to purchase to spend $1,400 for a new phone a phone case. They didn’t even take the time to give me the right phone case. It is a long drive for me to go and waste my time at their store so i called to have them mail me the correct case and send their back. They refused to do so. There’s Covid 19 out there, people don’t want to go out, all i wanted is for your mistake to be taken care off...
I got my new iPhone here during this pandemic, Everyone is helpful and guided me for my online appointment. Get your appointment online or else stay you might encounter long queue.

Store has been converted to mainly a pickup or drop off area. It is organized and they have many COVID-19 protocols in place to keep customers and employees safe.
Came in with plans on buying an Apple Watch. Keep in mind I have an IMac, all family members have iPhones, iPads, even Apple TV. This is the first Apple store I’ve been in where not one employee approached me. I’m not the only one, it’s a lot of people in here alone, and multiple people with two-three people helping them. What is this? No Apple Watch today!

I had my laptop serviced at this location. I call and booked an appointment. that place is busy but I did not wait long. the were able to fix the problem in relatively short time. I was very satisfied with the experience.
The overall service that Apple is providing during covid is unacceptable. I work a few stores down from this location. Granted we are in unprecedented times with that said an elderly man came into my asking for help due to him being 85 years old he clearly wasn’t sure however thing worked with the new appointment system. Since he was turned away bc he can’t access his computer, iPad, or phone all he needed was someone to help him get into his stuff. The man can’t remember his password to his phone or Apple ID. I went through multiple departments to get this man an appointment was told that I could put it under my Apple ID information and the situation was explained several times. Finally was able to make an appointment only for him to be turned away once again. The quality of service that has been provided at both memorial city mall and the Houston galleria is a joke.
I have been a loyal apple customer since 2007, after the death of its founder Steve. I saw how this company has gone from being an eminence to only worrying about money, they forgot that for Steve one of the most important things was the outrage of a customer with respect to their products, today I write this because I really feel not only outraged I feel helpless to not be able to do something about it, since after spending almost 1400 dollars on a phone, it is the third time I have to go to the store to solve a factory problem, despite that, the last year, the same happened with the previous model and this year added to all these inconveniences also happened with the supposed airpods pro, so I ask myself a question here in this post, with whom I have to talk to be heard so that get me out of this problem once and for all, I have to start publishing everywhere and start making propaganda that apple every year is getting worse and that nowadays its policies are not what they really are and how we get used to a s huge that regretting it is no longer there, I can perfectly express here each of the inconveniences that I have with the new apple products and that very informally and as if nothing was normal for me, months have not passed and my products are intact in the In the case of the 11 pro max I spend almost 1400 dollars they come and tell me that they are going to repair the phone, you think it is just after I spend time, money and trips to the store to solve me tell me that they are going to repair a phone that should have the best quality control in the world, since it is your phone with the highest cost in the market, now I tell you after I changed my second phone, because I had to bother and fight because I simply did not It seems that after days of buying my phone I had to receive a repaired phone, thanks to the fact that it bothers me they send me to another store where I have to go personally, for another phone because in the store that they quoted me they had not available, two days ago they give me another supposedly new phone, which I only have one day using and immediately I realize that the device has audio problems, so where is Apples quality control ..? they gave me a rebuilt phone ..? I have to change my company after spending years recommending it and worshiping it because simply nowadays a client means nothing because they only think about money and marketing ...

Loved this place, have things for all class of people. Only problem I faced is to find out the restrooms, like me there were tons of people just searching for restroom for more than 10 minutes. They need to have better signs and more accessible restrooms considering people spend hours in there

So I went to Apple to fix my phone when my warranty has expired. So I was planning to pay $200 for the repairs. Came back after a couple of hours they gave me brand new phone instead of my old one and I didnt pay nothing for it it was courtesy of Apple. Apple got me for life

Waste of time dealing with Apple. Placed oder pick up window was 3:30 waited till 4:00 pm No confirmation. It automatically cancelled on the second day. Placed second order, same issue. Not mentioning the hours spent on the phone, website and driving.
I went in here with my friend to get his tab replaced and I needed to get my EarPods replaced.The staff is friendly and as you walk in, you’re greeted warmly. Someone attends to you immediately. That person for us was Aisha.She was professional and sweet. She answered all questions and offered suggestions when we needed them.You’re going to leave here very satisfied and with lots of smiles.
Purchased the iPhone 11 brand new in October they said it is water resistant and now my screen does not work and want to charge me 400 bucks to fix it because it apparently has water damage! I’ve never gotten it wet it’s never been in water I only wear my Apple Watch in water and now I won’t because they are liars!!! Also they took it apart and messed up the seal!
First time getting service at the Apple Store in the Galleria Mall. Wait time was 20 minutes as a walk-in to see a technician. The technician that assisted me today was Dennis. He was AMAZING! Very respectful and most importantly very understanding! If I could give him 100 stars review I would but there’s only 5 stars lol.
I’ve been to the store like 4 times already, and almost everyone in there makes you feel like they don’t want to work, and they have no knowledge of the products and in addition to that they try to charge you for stuff that They already told you it’s covered by apple care. And the last thing that they make you wait for ever just to drop your phone off for repairs, I had to wait 35 minutes to check in with someone there and another 15 and no one showed up to take my phone so ended up leaving the store.

Prepare to wait about 30-45 minutes if you do come with a reservation. Unless your phone has a clearly evident physical problem, be prepared to be told by a genius that you will be charged X hundred dollars because his diagnosis does not show any problems.
I bought XS max last 12/2018, had issues about disappearing YouTube icon in the main screen, apparently I had so many icons apps in my home screen maximum 9 pages only. My experience with, staff in Galleria Apple Store helped me solve the problem, until I was 100% satisfied till the end even though they were extremely busy. These Galleria Apple Staff Are the most helpful dedicated 5 Star Customer Service Solver they don’t give up always making customers wanted to serve 110% Service Satisfaction. Compare to Memorial City Apple Store I give them a 1 Star, their solution call your AT & T help provider and they were not even busy, since I bought a 2 year tech support. It is night and day Service at these two Apple Store, I give Galleria Apple Store 6 Stars All The Way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

I bought iphone 11 from here. Very crowded in one of the biggest malls, but had great experience here. Staff was very helpful, knew his stuff and took very little time for transaction.
We bought a phone but the screen cracked after only slipped her pocket.They require us to pay for the new screen, because we didnt buy apple care. The first salesman we bought it from didnt bother to explain what the warranty actually covers That is fine. We still want to fix it anyway.However, the staff were very rude again when we were trying to ask them simple questions. He was acting like I am not in the mood to answer any questions now.We had this experience before, but we thought they were busy previously. It seems like customer care and service is not important anymore.

Some of the staffs are not friendly at all and deems like racist by the way they talk to each type of customers. It’s not my first time which was treated bad. This is one of the apples outlets in Houston. Very big and has got enough personnel to attend to your needs as regards apple products. The personnel are readily available to attend to apples customers. They sell all ranges of apple products. They also do repairs here. One can also trade-in old products for new ones here as well.
Apple is terrible. Bought an iMac, hasn’t worked correctly in 18 months. I have called Apple 63 times to solve my problem. No solution yet! I bought Apple care + and still treated like garbage. Their customer service is horrible. The staff they hire are sub-par and PC hires. I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. Sell their stock short because this is the tip of the iceberg. Look at the Apple Watch for example, POS. Apple is all about profits and no longer about the customer or innovation. Buy a PC and save $1000.
I had a really bad experience with technical service there. I left my Iphone 11 pro max because it suddenly turned-off and never turned on again and they said that I have to wait maybe 1 month to be repaired. They found that the person who create the mobile made a mistake, and now I have to wait 1 month for a mistake that Apple made. I am really disappointed with Apple and its service. I dont think I will buy any apple device again.

Crowded. Slow. Really didnt feel like an Apple store. In experience was more that of a hang out in an already over crowded shopping mall. Certainly, there must be a better way of making stag more accessible and products quicker to sell! I knew exactly which product I wanted and to pick it up, I was asked to come back with an appointment 2 hours later!

READ THIS BEFORE GETTING A REPAIR: When I went in to get a software repair covered by the warranty for my iPhone, they decided to also replace my battery and fix the tiny crack at the top of my screen despite me telling them not to when they asked. They proceeded to tell me a week later when I go to pick it up that I needed to pay $150 or they would keep my iPhone from me. Came in not expecting to pay for something I did not ever ask for so when I didn’t have the money for my iPhone they lowered the price to where I would basically give them all the cash in my wallet and the rest that was in my checking account. NEVER GO HERE FOR REPAIRS THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
