Great company to do business with!

Over $500 dollars for 2 sets of bolts. They mixed grade material in the bag as well without asking. At retail from Fastenal the product was $157 TOTAL! I dont recommend doing business with them as their google review says it all....

We went to Zero Fasteners looking for 150 M18 nuts. We purchase these all the time for $0.45 per nut. (about $70 total) The guy behind the desk brought them out, we asked how much are they, he responded, Im not sure, it will be itemized on your bill when it gets processed. Low and behold, we get billed for $6,700 on AMEX. The bill included $1,125 for some BS Shop Fee and $5,575 for the nuts ($37.17 Each). There is ONLY one possible explanation, and that is they are attempting to defraud us. We (of course) rejected the charge. The shop fee was clearly instituted to counter act the return of the items, which is why they did it in the first place. Shameful, Shameful.....

NEVER EVER, EVER, buy from these incompetent buffoons...They are idiots. We purchased 1 item from them and it turned into a nightmare. We were quoted one price and when we received the Invoice it was double of what we were quoted. First they added a shop fee that NO ONE was told about. For 2nd day air they were trying to tell us it would be almost 200$. When the manager finally was able to look into it, I was told that it was in the computer wrong and was really only 22$ I had to call back and try to get things squared away but that was between being put on hold 800 times because the manager couldnt multi-task. I guess picking up the phone and talking into it was going above and beyond. It was finally resolved but only because I had to call back and dont worry BE PUT ON HOLD a million times!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not clue how these guys are in business. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
