Ive had hearing loss for many years & have been to many doctors and facilities. This is the first time that a doctor and staff has been so thorough & knowledgeable. Dr. Wall was so detailed at explaining my hearing loss & patiently answered all my questions. The hearing aids recommended are based on your needs & not necessarily the most expensive ones. I really appreciated that. They also offer financing with good credit. Highly recommend!

Called and asked for any rebates going on and they couldn’t tell me. Asked for someone that knew what was going on to call me back and no call back. I called again a week later and they still have no clue. Told me I would find out when I get there. Sounds like a low rate place. Will not use.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Wall. My experience with her and her staff have been nothing but positive. I was initially a bit melancholy about needing hearing aids, recognizing that it was a part of aging, but I honestly have a new lease on life and didn’t realize exactly how much I wasn’t hearing. With Dr. Wall’s guidance I have the perfect device for me and had no trouble getting used to them. The weekly appointments for tweaks were helpful and made me feel supported in this new journey. If you are hesitant to explore the need for a hearing aid, please don’t be. It has been life-changing for me and I credit Dr. Wall for this wonderful experience.

Was pleasantly surprised by the time spent with my son to get an accurate test. Unfortunately, co-workers tend to quickly knock twice and then enter. Repeatedly. While a hearing test is in progress. You would think there would be some sort of visual indicator but when it was same person twice, I doubt if it would make much of a difference.

I have conducted business with Hearing Systems personally and through CAAG my interpreter services company since 2001. I have never had an issue that wasn’t resolved. The staff is top notch and care about their customers and their product. I just purchased 2 hearing aids this week with outstanding results.

I love this guy. I had some ear impressions made. What a great audiologist! 40 years of experience, long hours open (stayed after hours to finish me) and so friendly. My doctor for life.

My husband and I got our hearing tested. He needed a hearing aid. They have worked hard to get the levels perfect and he loves the phone app to control the loudness. He has different levels for home, church, restaurant or an Airshow. I love that my husband can hear my voice again and we no longer fight that You didnt tell me that!

Dr. Gemma Wall and Max is very professional and knowledgeable persons i have used lots of different brands and companys in the past . but this is by far the best and i have recommend them to family and friends. the customer service is top notch.

Ive been going to Hearing systems for years. I have always received excellent service from the staff there. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Gemma a short time ago and was also impressed with her professionalism and care. Most recently I was at Hearing Systems to pick up my STAP device. It was great to see Max while I was there as well. Hearing Systems continues to meet my hearing needs.
