I never had any problems with this location and Ive been coming here for a very long time. The two ladies in the office were very professional and patient. With that said, there is one issue that I was upset with. And that is, I was not notified by mail, by phone, by text, or by smoke signals that the warranty on my hearing aids had expired. They notified me on the day I went to have my hearing aids serviced. Maybe payment plans could have been made before it expired. I dont know. And hopefully some people will wake up and notice there is a pandemic going on and people are having a hard time paying for their responsibilities.

I had an issue with hearing aids i had bought overseas a couple years ago. Because of Covid, I could not get back to get them fixed. I called NewSound and told me they did not work on my brand, but offered for me to swing by and see if they could do something. Bruny went on to call the manufacturer and found out they were still under warranty. She shipped them and kept me inform through the all process which took about a week. Thanks to NewSound I now have perfect working hearing aids. Im not a current customer, but Bruny went well beyond amazing customer service and they have for sure earn my future business. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at New Sound Hearing Centers. Ms. Dickinson was very professional and friendly. Dr. Diaz and Ms. Stich were very courteous and patient while walking me through the process of how to use and care for my new hearing aids. My new hearing aids allow me to hear sounds out of my right ear for the first time in 30 years! I am very grateful to Dr. Diaz and her wonderful staff.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Bruni with a big smile. I saw Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, Nassim Diaz yesterday for a hearing test. She was very professional, kind and patient, she explained my hearing loss in great detail and made recommendations to correct it. I recently received my deceased moms hearing aids, last used in 2013. Following my hearing test, Nassim let me hear the difference between moms old hearing aids and the newest, state-of-the art Audibel units. The old ones sort of work but the Audibels are much smoother sounding, less tinny. I will definitely return and be fitted with the newer hearing aids.

Our experience was not a great one. When we took our dad in for a hearing test and a hearing aid trial there was only 1 brand promoted- the audible.We were given all the info on it and no other brand cause that was supposed to be the industry leader-the most ideal hearing aid of the time with all the bells and the whistles. Our out of pocket was supposed to be $3400 after insurance. The price was a little much for our budget. So we never went back- no big deal.A week or two later we receive a phone call from Bruni saying that the hearing aid we are interested in has an end of the year special where our out of pocket would be $2000. We ask her if thats the brand we tried and liked- and when we heard yes after she double checked with Nassim we jumped on it.I sent my dad and spouse cause It was a busy day. So they went in to purchase. They went in and never were offered to see and feel or try on the product again. They just paid and left. When it was time to pick up the hearing aid a week or ten days later my dad was handed a product that he had never ever heard of. As I said we were only promoted 1 brand cause that was the best on the market- the Audibel. But the box he was sold was something tech....At the end of the day we could return the product but my trust in them is lost in a major way and we are not going back.

Those two gals are awesome. As nice a people as I have ever met! They are so nice and friendly, and they sell and service an excellent product. I can’t rate them with 6 stars or I would!

Five stars is just not enough. Nassim and Bruni and are the best. They are friendly and at the same time efficient. They make sure the product is right for you. They manage their suppliers in a way that makes sure you get the most for your money. These two ladies could hold a seminar on how to put the customers first.
