I have been a patient and client of The Hearing Health Center of Houston since 2017 and I cannot be more happy and thankful for all of the services, care and solutions they have provided me. As a individual with inner ear damage and minor hearing loss, I have worked with several of their Doctors and assistants to help properly assess my needs and guide me to the most beneficial treatment plan. All of their associates are extremely knowledgeable, thorough and provide a welcoming environment that has made me feel comfortable each and every time I have an appointment. Services I have utilized have been a speech pathology consultation, hearing test, hearing aid fitting and adjustment and regular follow-ups for various maintenance and care. I will happily continue my care through them and would recommend The Hearing Health Center of Houston to anyone with hearing assistance needs.

I highly recommend The Hearing Health Center of Houston. Everyone I have encountered at The Hearing Health Center of Houston have been fabulous! I have a heredity, low frequency hearing loss. My loss was discovered at the age of six and I am now in my mid forties. I have been to many audiologists in my life; in various cities and states in which I have lived including several in the Houston area over the years. Their level of professionalism, patience, and kindness are outstanding.

I love the service they provide here! Karla and Dr. Murry are so friendly, helpful and experienced. I walked in today without an appointment for a minor need and Karla called me by name. That’s an impressive patient experience!

I highly suggest anyone to come and pay a visit, Karla is the best in giving great customer service they are all so welcoming and kind. The Doctors are well established and listen to your needs, very patient, understanding and they accept all major insurance without them I wouldn’t be able to hear the bird’s or tree’s haha

Everything about this office is amazing, even on top of giving me my hearing back. Dr. Kavrie is thorough and takes the time to make sure you’re taken care of and happy. Dr. Tonini has been helping me for years, truly a great doctor. Karla up front is the greatest person you’ll ever encounter at a doctor’s office. I can’t say enough good things about the folks here. If you’ve been thinking about going in, you should. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Best of the best. I have had hearing aids for more years than I will admit and have had fittings in multiple cities and various facilities for decades. This place is without exception the best for technical skill, programming and customer service. If I ever leave Houston, I will travel back to Hearing Health Center when the need arises.

A phenomenal audiology clinic with fantastic staff! I was first impressed with their safety procedures during COVID-19. You can go there and feel safe! Carla at the front desk is very friendly and always helpful. Dr. Murry is incredible and goes above and beyond for her patients. Its a good feeling to see a doctor that genuinely cares and takes the time to hear out any concerns you have. Shes very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly to her patients. Make an appointment and you wont regret it!

The staff is very warm and kind. They have always gone out of their way to take care of my issues. They are always quick and always so nice. I moved from another city and needed an audiologist team and they have been more than great to me! I recommend them to anybody!

Everyone is really nice and very helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. Plus gave me hearing aids that accommodates to my lifestyle (being in my early 30s). I would definitely recommend them, you won’t regret it :).

Love Dr. Mary and Karla, they were both amazing kind and answered all my questions. I was able to do my hearing test and I was fitted the same day of my appointment. Hearing Health Center is a very different experience than the places that are just selling hearing aids. Everyone that I have met there is very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 5 years old and trough out the years I had different types of hearing aids. As I had grown older my hearing aids were ok but not great. I was not able to hear soft speeches or whispers, but this place had offered me the best hearing aid ever. The hearing aids I had received benefits with all my needs... from hearing the tv better, changing the sound when Im in a crowd to I dont have to wear headphones when I workout... I can listen to music and hear my surroundings as I go! The staffs are wonderful and will work with you to get you the right hearing aids that fits your needs! I would recommend this placeto my fellow friends who wear hearing aids!

I am so happy I found the Hearing Health Center the audiologist Kaley Murry is awesome she helped me with the phone app and my hearing aids now they work together. She takes her time with you and answers all questions and makes sure you are happy with the hearing aids. I highly recommend this place.
