My home warranty company dispatched Safe Air out to my home for issues with my AC. Ryan was the technician who was sent out. Ryan was very professional and very knowledgeable about my AC needs. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to conserve energy when it comes to my AC unit. He was funny and very attentive to my concerns. If I ever have to use them again in the future i will definitely request Ryan. He took his time and did not make me feel like he was in such a rush. Love, love, love this company! We had to have the air handler replaced in the attic. It was partially covered by our home warranty. The warranty company wanted us to wait (in the heat!) while they located a unit for Safe Air to install. Yvonne at Safe Air stepped up to the plate! She already has access to the exact unit we needed and she convinced them to let us use that one! That resulted in very quick service. Ryan, the service man, did an outstanding job with installation and follow-up care with a small problem we were having with our drain pan.Great prices, great service!Safe Air will be my A/C company for repair/replacing from now on!!

Amazing customer service! The price was fair and offered great value! They were also very quick to install (within 2 days of the agreement of the price). On the day of the installation, there were 2 employees working in installing the HVAC in the attic and another two installing the unit outside, so the disruption was minimal. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to install a new unit.

Installed new ac in Feb including vents ducts and insulation. Was a little short on the insulation, but Kal promised to come back and add the balance. They did a quality job and would refer them to anyone looking for any ac work.

I really appreciated their quick response time. They were so kind to send someone out to repair our AC the same day it broke down. The dispatcher (forgot his name) was my hero to move schedules around to make sure someone could come out the same day. Martin (the technician) was the super hero who fixed our AC. Salesman (Dave) was very professional/friendly…good up front/initially, but once we got things put in writing/quote, there was not enough follow up/follow through…especially for the size job I needed. Apparently there was a problem getting all the parts/equipment. I would up going with another company (Royal Air), who could get the parts. I contacted them @ 8am on a Saturday and a complete 2-Stage/Dual Zone System was installed by 8pm that same day!

We had some hiccups in the beginning. However the owner Kal reached out to make sure that our issue was resolved! He replaced our thermostat at no cost and has proven that he truly cares about the quality of service his business provides. Robert was amazing! Had a issue AC unit after being Installed. They came out the same day and fixed everything at no charge. The office stayed in contact with me ever step of the way.You do not get customer service like this now days from most Companies.If I had more then 1 home they would be putting in units in all my houses.One more thing our light bill dropped 60 percent after adding a ser20 unit.I thought they were just telling me this to sell the unit to me.We are so pleased with Safer Air.

The workers knocked the equipment on my walls. Then they installed my a/c but did not mount to my vents now I have instillation falling throughout my house. I’ve called for two weeks straight and no one has giving me a straight up answer. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

The Sales rep (Jack) took his time and explained how the process of purchasing a new AC and heating complete system from start to finish. The install crew were very polite and respectful of my home and made sure to not damage anything while carrying the furnace and Airhandler into my attic. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. Didn’t even look like all my old ducts were ripped out. Last week Wednesday, one of our AC units went🥵. We were referred to Safe Air, LLC. The response was immediate, within a couple of hours a representative was over and we agreed on a deal to replace both of our AC units. By weekend end, both units were removed and replace without any air conditioning disruption or inconvenience. The two furnace in the attic look extraordinary, the whole job was done in a very efficiently and clean manner. We are extremely satisfied, and had a great experience with Safe Air. Installed central air and heat unit. They did a great job! We were very pleased!

In late Aug 2020 our upstairs AC was not maintaining temp setting. Our home warranty company sent Safe Air. They diagnosed it being a bad evaporator coil. Waited over a month for the part due to Covid which is understandable. But when they got the part in, they came back and took off the wrong evaporator coil to the downstairs instead of the upstairs and welded it on. Then when we realized they had done the wrong unit repair, they took it off, welded it on the correct one and rewelded back on the old evaporator coil back to the downstairs unit. They also damaged parts during this process that they didnt even admit to until they came back out. We requested they put a new evaporator coil on the downstairs unit that they pulled off and rewelded back on. Talked to 3 diff HVAC people at diff companies who said they have never done this and dont know how they did this and that they have no idea what future damage they could have caused our units by doing that....they could barely speak english and I truly believe they were not certified. I have called 5 times to speak to the owner and he has not called me back. I spoke to the warranty company and they said they put in a vendor complaint and will investigate it. I have no faith in this company because regardless whether we had a warranty company come out - it is still our home they worked on and if something is done wrong they need to be insured to correct it. Correcting it is not just welding back on the old coil they messed up. Since the owner still has not called us back, if something happens to our ac units in the near future, we may pursue legal action.

Kal was an amazing tech. He goes above and beyond and gives amazing education along with giving great advice on products that I need to upgrade for my home and system. What I liked about Jack is that he wasnt trying to up sell me something I didnt need. He simply explain to me what I had and the different directions I could go. I ended up purchasing the complete system. Installer showed up on time. Completed the job within the amount of hours that was originally explained. Installers also cleaned up after themselves, explain to me what all they did and how to use the the new wi-fi system that was also given to me as a courtesy by the owner Cal. The owner Cal did follow up with me to make sure the service was A 1 and to make sure everything was working properly.The best of all I received a ten-year warranty on the AC unit and parts and labor. Of the other companies offer this at an additional price. With Safe Air it came as part of the package. 💯 Satisfied

Lazy tech showed up, complained, then said “I’ll come back at 3” Minutes later, we got a call from the office saying “he’s not coming back until you clear space for AC unit” We called someone else after a night in the hot sweat box. They came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it. His charge was extremely fair (I paid him extra it was so fair). My guess is Safe Air guy wanted to sell us new unit and left when he realized that wasn’t to be. Thank God he left because we found a good guy.

Thank you Safe Air for coming out and fixing my heat, right before we were hit with a cold spell. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay in my home but I called Safe Air, booked an appointment and i had working heat the same day. Kal was good to work with. I live almost 2 hours from the office. My home warranty company was giving me the runaround. Kal called me, and came out same day to look at my system and gave me honest feedback on what i needed to do with my system. Lennox XC20 is now going in my home. We bought a house that was built in 1907, and the AC system is shot, and was growing mold. Kal showed us the evidence, and has helped in getting this resolved quickly.

August 12, 2020: I Had Safe Air come out to replace AC filter, and make some air flow adjustments after doing a major renovation. They had agreed to do this at the time of the install. It took me several phone calls and continued insistence on my part to finally get them out here. I do live in Brenham, but told them they shouldn’t install out here if they can’t hold up to their service agreement . But on a good note, their service professional William, was an amazing young man. Very courteous and professional. He took care of everything making sure I was happy. The 3 stars are for him. They are lucky to have such an experienced employee.June 1, 2020: On day of installation they arrived later than scheduled. Also, had to come back next day because the unit wasnt cooling. Turned out to be a simple fix, it was just a lose wire. They also had to install the surge protectors, and attic venting. The installers were super hard workers and very polite, but neither could speak English which made it a little difficult. I’m pleased with my new A/C & Heating system. We stayed in communication and everything was taken care. Time will tell as to continuef good service.It is has been 3 months since They installed the unit. It has been hard to get them to service the unit and fulfill their contractual agreement . I’ve been reschedule 3 times now. It’s is summer and a new company so maybe they have over extended themselves. We shall see.

Wednesday June 10th 2020 we received a visit from Mr. Kal who introduced us to some wonderful AC units, explained the entire packages and what all it entailed, we were very happy with Mr Kals synopsis of all the deals, what we might need and should receive, after we were able to strike a deal on the same day. On Thursday, June 11th 2020 the installation team arrived and made sure the new unit was fully operational and satisfactory to us. Great experience with the owner and the equipment installation team. Kal (the owner) was very hands on with ensuring that the equipment was properly installed. He was even gracious enough to cover some unexpected costs during installation (old thermostat wasnt compatible with new unit). He also gave us a good deal on a new Trane system.
