Customer service is fantastic. I got my liquid in 0 nicotine and he added the nicotine for me to my liking. A better quality nicotine than is added in at the manufacturer and I really could taste the difference. Didnt spend any more to do it.

Always an amazing experience at this shop. They allow you to mix and match and create your own vape juice. Theres no added sweetness so your coils last longer using their juices versus pre-made juices. I came here once and wont go anywhere else.

I enjoy going to this store. I dont know the guys name but he is a kind and patient person. I try not to go to any other vapor store for my needs because of him. I trust his knowledge and dedication to product knowledge and education of how his products work. It sucks the store is moving further towards downtown but that gives me a reason to explore the city a bit more.

Honestly one of the more professional vape shops Ive been to. Doesnt feel like a smoke shop, all house juice is measured meticulously out in the open and affixed with a printed label instead of a sticker marked with sharpie, and the owner is really good about double-checking what you order. Ive only ever seen one guy working, which can mean a small wait, but Ill take it if it means quality isnt compromised.

Let me start this off first by saying, Yemi is professional, classy, smart, and knows what hes talking about when it comes to vaping, and the same things can be said about his store. I told him everything that I didnt like about my previous vape, and not only was he able to pick me out a much higher quality box mod, he informed me that a company that I liked was actually owned by the one that I hated, who always gave me trouble and whose devices broke after a short time. He helped me pick out a Vaporesso GEN S box, and a Valyrian II Pro tank, and reassured me that he always has the coils in stock, as I had originally come in looking for an RTA(I backed off of that idea after finding out that the company was owned by the one I always had issues with).He spent time with me to get it set up, show me how to go through the menus, and ensured that I walked out with a good quality, working device that I would enjoy, and would be usable for a long time. I cannot praise this experience enough. I have been reluctant to go to brick and mortar shops for years, and had been mainly purchasing online due to so many bad experiences with trashy shops that give horrible service, and know less than their customers. The problem with shopping online is that its always limited me on what I can buy due to lack of stock, and inability to speak to people in person, who actually use the products. Not only that, the new law that makes shipping vape products illegal is officially in effect, meaning that I can no longer purchase online anymore.TL;DR Yemi is amazing, I went to this shop on a whim and it rocks. Ill certainly be going back.

Was coming through the state of Texas needed stuff chose your shop, got all the way off the freeway drive through town just to pull up to a computer printed sign saying youll open at NOON! Why couldnt you make that adjustment on google times online? This way people checking your times wouldnt drive all the way to your store to find a paper sign on the door? REAL PROFESSIONAL!! ILL FIND ANOTHER VAPE SHOP to take my business. You would have gotten NO STARS but have to give something just to give a review.

Great Experience!!I have been a smoker for about 20 years, when I decided to quit I started using a Kilo 1k device.Recently they discontinued my flavor pods, Forcing me to find an alternative, I did some research and decided to go with a new Fetch Pro Pod Device. which was out of stock in all the stores and on backorder. I called what seemed like every store in town and came across VaporFi at he Westheimer location .I spoke with Yemi who stated he had a few of the devices in stock, and at the right price .After being told by different stores that I could get it on back order at 3x the price. I went to VaporFi where, Yemi the store Manager assisted me.H explained the pros and cons of the device, set-up, and how to use it properly. He even stayed after hours to make sure I had every bit of info I needed about the product/warranty info and all without price gouging or haggling. Thats quality customer service. I would definitely use this location again in the future.

I have been shopping here since the day they opened! The staff is very friendly and personable. The juice selection is amazing and the price is perfect. With the flavors they have available, you could easily make up thousands of combinations of juices. I was vaping on the premium juices for three years until I found these guys. It is definitely worth a stop in to see what they have to offer in hardware as well as juices.
