Poor customer service they ask you to line up to the dock door to wait and no one there to help you. It’s employees walking by riding folk lifts. Etc. never came out to help. I’d rather go spend my money withOther small business who value other small businesses. I even called to speak with sales. Was left on hold for 15mins. Smdh. Won’t ever come here again

THEY WORK ON WEEKENDS

Clean will call area with friendly, professional sales staff. They took care of my walk-in hose assembly in just a couple minutes and sent me away with a smile. Im so glad to have found these guys right across the street as our fork lifts always seem to have odd hoses fail that they can easily repair!

These guys went out of there way to help me with a very hard to find metric tubing at the end of the day on a Friday -we had a laser machine that was stalled because of this tubing, so it was a critical problem for us. These guys went above and beyond.

Nice people, the best.
