Awesome customer service! I am very pleased with their staff in customer service as they are very knowledgeable and provide a very fast response. Most of the time they have everything I need in stock and ready to ship and that is a great plus. Thanks guys!

I gave it 3 stars because it takes 1 month to repair Hoses. Also they are able to fix it promptly if you pay them EXTRA, so I guess they can fix it fast if you pay them more, which is understandable. But dam 1 whole month just for 1 repair. This is a big issue for me. This issue has happened 90% of the time.Another thing is that their hoses seem to get loose from the fittings right away, I would say they need to do a BETTER job on that.Other than that. The quality seems to be O.K.Update: 12/13/18After 7 weeks of waiting I receive a message just to let me know that hoses failed the pressure test. So all this waiting, now hoses have to be cut in half and make 2 out of 1.So now I have to wait even longer for them to start the repair process all over again.Update 12/19/18Hoses are still not repaired after 2 months. I have not even received a response after Emailing Spir Star time after time. I dont know how these guys are still in business. I do know one thing I will be looking for another vendor.This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
