TTI helped me out once in a time of need. It was an urgent escalation. The president himself came out for the job late one night and early the next morning. I didnt find out he was the President until a year later when I was looking at the companys website. Its always nice to know the people leading the company can do the work and are humble enough about it.Their downside is being able to schedule within a few days notice on other projects but I believe this is because they perform great work and are professional, so the business keeps coming for them. Plus, we are a smaller company so if that effects our placement in prioritization, that can be justified.
