As the owner of 5 dogs, a good vacuum is essential. When my beloved Shark went on the fritz, my first instinct was to get a new one. Then I remembered that once upon a time, people actually repaired things. I googled vacuum repair and found Fast Vacuum Repair. For $30 they fixed my baby and had her looking and working like new.Again, I have 5 dogs, so I have a steam cleaner for the carpet. Almost brand new, I accidentally sucked up some plastic. So its not working right. First though....I hope Fast Vacuum fixes steam cleaners. I called and they do!!! $40. Great prices, great service. Im bringing my baby back yearly for her annual tune up...lol

Vacuum repair was good & the price was great ($30 for diagnosis, tune-up & repair + cost of the part and 30-day repair guarantee); communication about the repair was not. The main problem with the repair was that the ordered part did not come in as expected. Over the next 3 weeks, I was told multiple times that I would be contacted for one reason or another (diagnosis, when the part would be obtained, free loaner vacuum, etc), however I was never called back as promised. I had to keep following up with them to see when Id get my vacuum (or loaner). I recieved one call initiated by them to finally tell me that my vacuum was ready. When I went to pick it up, another customer in front of me was singing high praises for their service, and when it was my turn, the front desk person admitted & apologized for the poor handling of my repair, which I appreciated. Now I have my vacuum back and it works great. I will use Fast Vacuum Repair again if I need them, and I would still recommend them to others...just make sure you ask for a loaner vacuum up front if you cant make it a week (or 3) without your vacuum...just in case.

These guys fixed my vacuum in one day for less then $40. The price of a new vacuum like mine is over $400, and it was completely dead when I brought it there. Thanks to this operation that has been there 36 years, I now am able to clean my house, and now know who to go to for these issues for a quick, cheap, and easy way to fix a vacuum! location of the shop is easy to get to for anyone in the west Houston area, but if you want to drive 15 to 20 minutes to salvage your vacuum it will be easy to find with GPS. It’s not easy to find a repair place that is fair and honest. Fast Vacuum is one of those gems. Juan, the young man behind the desk was so helpful. Turns out, I had a clogged hose and didn’t need any major work done. Now that I’ve found this place, I will come here when my vacuum will actually need service.

I spoke to Mariam in assistance with my hoover linx cordless vacuum. I ask if they had a certain type of wire to start the brush motor. The motor is fine, but the wires broke off. She was extremely helpful and showed me what I needed, what type of tools will be used for assembling (since I was doing it myself), and how to attach the wires together. Im glad she assisted me in my project. Thank you for your help

My wife and I went here and this is straight unprofessional our vaccum needed a belt replacement and this lady don’t even know how to explain facts correctly she was charging $10 for a service then she was charging $25 because of been a “commercial vacuum” she tries been rich with other people money, is not happening with us, I don’t recommend this business at all, you better stay far from it

They have great customer service and they fixed my vacuum in no time. At the time of pick up, the lady at the front showed me how to clean the filters in my vacuum. She also turned my vacuum on to show me that it was working. In addition, she carried my vacuum to my car and I was very impressed at that point. Great customer service!

When I came to pick up the vacuum cleaner up, the young lady also gave the rug vacuum a test drive to make sure everything was right . As well, the technicians were very friendly and the main thing is they kept to their quoted price. All the five-star reviews are true, rug cleaner works like brand new. Im extremely happy with the price and service I received.

The staff is friendly but the follow through lacks. They cleaned my Bissell Clear view and did an okay job. I should have checked before I left the store, but I realized after the fact that my filter was missing. WHen I called they said they will call me and make it right. I called THREE times. They never made it right. In case you use them check your filters BEFORE you leave their store.

Shweeeet prices! I dont know the standard time for repair but mine took about 2.5 weeks. Not bad. I had a Bissel carpet cleaner serviced and it runs like a jem now.

The first time going to Fast Vacuum it took a minute to locate, but it was well worth going to. The clientele were knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant, and my vacuum works like brand new.

My Dyson suffered a broken internal hose, which requires a whole teardown of the vacuum to replace. They knocked it out in a few day (over the New Years holiday) and had it back to full working condition. Price was more than fair and service and communication was great. Highly recommended!

This place is super honest! We had a simple, yet funny mistake happen! We go in there with our vacuum thinking that the brush broke because it wasn’t rolling. So the worker takes our vacuum in the back to have it looked at. Not even 5 minutes later, he comes back and tells us our switch for that wasn’t even on 😂😂😂! If it was somewhere else, I am sure we would’ve gotten ripped off. Great customer service! Thank you!!

My name is gabriel I came o a Saturday but they where close . Brought my Hoover vacume Aj,Carlos,and Anibal. I thought I needed a belt and he took my vacume inspected it and said the belt is good and that I need a clutch that activates the brushes. I thought it was going to cost$$$$$$ . Believe me Carlos said no charge this time . It was a quick fix. I would of never known what the problem was. I highly recommend FAST VACUUM. They rock!!!! 5 stars.
