Greg and the team are always on top of their customer service!We opened a restaurant in the woodlands and they were Stella from the get go. Since we have been open there has been some change over in the regular staff but they are always quick to show up when I call.They are very quick to learn about their products and services and when we had bad tasting water they got us filters on our lines as quick as they could!I highly recommend Auto Chlor!

This company has market average pricing and a 2 hours call-out time. The service cannot be beat. I would recommend them over Ecolab any day of the week .

I bought a restaurant 2 years ago and they had an Auto Chlor lease. I decided to bring in my own dishwasher machine and cancel that lease since it belonged to the previous owner. When I called them 2 years ago to cancel the contract due to change of ownership, a manager named Eric answered and was rude on the phone when I did not want to continue the lease. This manager came inside my building angrily and took the Auto Chlor machine back. He also continued to park across the street to “watch” my business to see if there were any other dishwasher companies coming in to bring me a machine. Fast forward to 2 years later July 2018, they put a LIEN on my property! All for a machine that they took back two years ago! I’ve never met a bunch of butthurt losers running a business like this. I am disgusted and am talking to my lawyers for a lawsuit. I should’ve posted this review 2 years ago.
