I purchased a small induction 21 steel pan and and it’s awesome. Cooks super quick so you have to cook a few times to gauge the heat setting you will be using so you don’t over cook things. But once you get this down cooking becomes easy and quick. Another thing that is wonderful, is that it’s super easy to clean, it is as advertised. One last thing I’ll say is the quality control at Chantel is taken very serious. I can tell by the appearance weight and the functionality of this pan. So this said I’m going to buy a set which I consider to be a good investment. I’ll write another review and keep you all posted.

My sister recently received a Chantal dutch oven for her birthday. The first time she used it our home filled with smoke. The bottom of the pan actually burnt! She was mixing onions, celery, and carrots in oil- and none of it burned on the inside, it was the OUTSIDE BOTTOM OF THE PAN. It was the actual enamel bottom! The paint came off on our burner and is still there! I contacted Chantal and sent them pictures of the pan during the incident and asked about the toxicity of the burning paint. Anne from Chantal didnt answer me about the toxicity but instead asked for photos of the bottom of the pan. I asked again about toxicity as our entire house was filled with burning enamel paint smoke and we have two small children. She then answered me but still wanted more very specific photos. When I got around to sending them, she accused my sister of having left the pan on the burner, with nothing in it for an extended period. The first pictures I sent LITERALLY SHOWED WHAT WE WERE COOKING IN THE PAN. Also, should the paint on the bottom of a pan ever melt off? Whether or not theres something inside? I was offered a half-off discount on AN OTHER PAN. Great, just what I want, an other defective pan. Incredibly disappointed that so much money was spent on this gift and with this company.

They had everything I could have wanted and more at extremely discounted prices. The selection was excellent even at the end of the sale.

I’ve been using Chantel’s products everyday for a while now. I’m in love with the quality of the product. The pans never stick and have lasted through many family dinners. They come at a reasonable price too I’m always satisfied and they make cleaning up a breeze.

This is a fabulous place to work and the people are so friendly! I now own quite a few pieces of our cookware and use them daily. Id have to say my favorite is the griddle!

Purchased this roaster for my dad from Williams Sonoma.Product has hairline cracks all over.Contacted Chantal and they offered me a $10 credit.Wont buy any of their product ever again

The yearly warehouse sale is always great. Been going for the last 14 years and always find something new that I cant do without. Prices are great and everything I have bought has held up beautifully. However, if you see something you want you had better snatch it up as it may not be there next year

My Sister purchased Induction 21 Steel 9 piece cookware set.Was not satisfied with purchase, was told she was cooking on high heat. Which she was not . They did not try to try to replace or exchange them for her.Was told they do not accept used pots and pans, that sounded dumb, how would anyone know if they like or not if they cant use them.

They dont seem to have as many choaices as they used to.

I went here recently for their annual sales. I was completely amazed. First off, their products are of very high quality.I was blown away with their prices. This is a great place to stop at if you were is looking to pick up some of the find Jantelle products at great prices. I highly recommend their annual sale.

We bought 3 baking dishes after the Waldo canyon fire. All three have cracked and fallen apart in less than 5 years with normal use. Disappointing, the product doesn’t last.

I like their ceramic bakeware and ceramic cast iron Dutch ovens. However, their stainless steel pots take longer to reach a boiling point than my other cookware.

Can somebody tell me the open hours for the warehouse sale. I try to call nobody answer.Thanks
