I have used Bridges Lawn Equipment for many years, I have purchased a number of products from them and have also had a few things repaired or sharpened, and have always gotten great service! They are good people and have a good business!
Stopped by because it was close to home and was told they will ONLY repair Echo and Stihl, which is what they sell.They said that they had stopped working on any other brands 8 or 10 years ago and that it was the best thing they could have done for themselves.(Not the best for the customer, but for them...)I think that is a backwards way to see it, but Im just another potential customer.Oh well, Ill probably save 50 or 100 bucks by finding help on YouTube. (For free...)No way to give less than one star, so this is a generous review.Zero stars would be more appropriate for no service.
What a great experience I had today! Husband and wife team was amazing! I bought a zero turn mower and chainsaw today, they both made sure everything was perfect..... just cant beat a family run business! Thank you both!

Great place to get work done! They will try to sell you new equipment before repairing your needs. But they don’t push to hard, it is a husband and wife operation and I understand every buissness has to make a profit. So I don’t mind the 5 minute spill for new equipment
I went here to get a piston kit and gasket set for my fs55. I took the piston with me so they could match it up. I was welcomed by the woman on the front desk. I explained what I needed. Her response was is it worth it? She said I can sell you a new one for $199! Then proceeded to help another customer behind me! That was it. I couldnt believe what I was hearing? If you are a professional landscaper, maintenance contractor construction outfit I suggest you go somewhere else where the staff understand how to repair equipment.
Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. They work on residential mowers so thats a plus!!! Fixed my mower in a couple of days and got it back like it was new again. Would definitely recommend 💯💯💯
I needed a part for my Sears Craftsman Weed Eater and Sears no longer carried the part and would have to order it for me. That would cost me shipping as well. I called Bridges and the guy was so nice and confirmed he had the part. I went to the place and it was clean and very orderly. The man working the counter was very professional and helpful. I bought the part and put it on and it worked like new. Thanks again.

Brought in a mower with a bent crankshaft. Was given an estimated time of repair of a week possibly a little longer but got it back in three days. Was shown what was replaced and was not charged to install the new blades I provided. Very pleasant people to talk to and very professional in how they conduct business.Got home and cut the front yard and didnt have to sweep the sidewalk as I did before. I will be returning any time I need some work done or a oil change.

Fantastic service! I bought a new Echo weed eater from them with a blade attachment and they installed the blade attachment for me while I waited. Plus I got a lot of personal attention of proper (safe) use and maintenance of the equipment. You might get lower prices at HD or Lowes but you just dont get that kind of personal service and that was worth paying a little extra for!

I bought several parts from them to repair my chainsaws. I had a little problem with the fuel line. I tore it into. So, i went back and bought another one and ask Dan how much he would charge me to put it on and he was very RUDE and said I only do full repairs, not partials. It would be $100.00 to put it on. He was very short and knows nothing about customer service! I will never go back there and i will take all my future work and service else where and would never recommend them to anyone because of his attitude and rudeness! PS. His wife was always very nice and helpful, but not him!!!
Theyre great. They will fix your lawnmower but it may take a few days because they are busy.
This people is so nice when you trying to buy something new but when you try to fix something they are orrible I brought my chainsaw this morning I tell her can you test it. I have a little problem with it they say right away is a carburetor just barely touch it and they dont even trying to start it so they figure out everything is by touching? the chain saw.? I know its not a good service for me at all. This is a stihl is not old they say if you dont buy here take it to the place where you buy it.. ok thanks

I took my Echo trimmer SRM-225 to get repaired, it was about a month and a half old, and worked great, until suddenly it stopped working. I assumed it just needed to have the carburetor adjusted after the break-in period. About 5 days later after dropping it off, i was told it needed to have the carburetor replaced for $85. The cost was a little too high for me since it was almost half what i paid for mine, so i refused. They were not pushy to go with the repair, and were friendly to just come pick it up when i could. (They do have a 30 day limit posted, that they will sell or scrap your stuff if you leave it there, which to me sounds fair) Was treated good and looks like a good family business, only bad thing i could say was that it was a bit pricey for me.*(Was told they repair Echo and Stihl brand trimmers only)
I brought this company my chainsaw to be repaired. I didnt hear back from them for several months. When I finally called them they told me Sir you need to stay on top of your business, you shouldve called sooner when you didnt hear from us. We probably took it to the junk yard. Not what I wanted to hear, but he at least could have been a little less rude. I was blown away by this guys attitude.
Authorized dealer for Bad Boy Mowers.... However they will NOT touch or look at the mower unless you have bought it from them. Bad business decision.
I went in for a part and was told they only sell parts for the mowers they sell but as I was walking away I looked at a mower they sell it had the same part its nothing special and most all mowers use the same one .. so I walked and wont be back .. either they were lazy or did not know much about mowers.
