Think twice. I brought the mower to his location and it took several days before he looked at it. Finally, he quoted $55 for carburetor repair and blade sharpening. When I checked in after several more days, he said it would cost $60 for carburetor only. He would not describe the problem, only that he cleaned it. I was told it was ready on Memorial Day. When I went to pick it up, he complained that he forgot it was a holiday. Got it home and it ran for two weeks. Then the same problem re-occurred. $60 down the drain.

Took my 30 year old Mantis to him. After a week he called and said hed worked on it for a couple of hours. He said it needed a new carburetor. He ordered one, installed it, changed out the fuel lines. Parts and labor, $65. Got to figure at least 3 hours and $35 for the parts. Very fair.
