I just brought 2 chandeliers there. I am very happy with the beauty and quality of the products, but more impressed with the service! Mike was very helpful when I visited the store, attentive and polite, answered every questions that I had. The installation was smooth and clean, and his son was very polite too. Because I asked how do I know if those are truly Asfour crystals, Mike gave me a big surprise. He came to my house couple of days later with Asfour logo imprinted crystals (and upgraded size), and replaced the existing ones, which is of the same quality. I appreciate how they go all the way out to help their customers!

After 14 years with traditional dinning light we decided to go for crystal chandelier. A quick google for places brought us to Fondren St. We went to three other light stores along Fondren before we landed at Chandeliers International. Not only that they have the most number and styles of chandeliers displayed in a store, they have the most wonderful and nicest salesperson in town, Mr Monkez Mike Barazi, the owner of the store. We dont know much about crystals so he patiently walked us through on what to looked for. Talking to Mike is like chatting to a long time friend. Finally we placed an order and when we picked it up fews day later, were overjoyed to see the chandelier as it exceeded our expectations. Mike added accessories and crystals that we did not see in the displays earlier. See pic. Truly, were more that satisfied customer. Big thanks to Mr. Barazi.
