Would NOT recommend doing business here at all unless you know exactly what you want because thats what they expect from their customers, and wont help you if you bought the wrong items. Ive done business with these people before. The clerk working here is nice, but the manager John is very uptight and doesnt seem to care about his customers, just their money. Bought some adapters and wires for LED lights for my store. Realized after buying that Id be better off buying 2-pin 3 foot LED lights instead, and didnt need to use the wiring and adapter set up anymore. (store should understand customers are not LED experts like them and may buy wrong equipment by mistake.)Came in next day to exchange what I purchased for 2 pin LED lights instead, and brought my previously purchased items back unused and un-opened. They didnt have the item I needed for exchange. The clerk said to come back when manager is available. Spoke with manager John couple days later, and he says that he doesnt have it, and that it wouldnt be worth his time looking for what I needed anyway since its just $25 bucks. Refused to give me a refund store credit only If you want to experience poor customer service, then definitely come here. Otherwise go to other stores who care about their customers and understand that just 25 bucks can go a long way in building and maintaining good client relations. I went to another store nearby called Advance LED lights and they were happy to help me to order what I needed and they got it for me same day, even though it was just a $40 purchase. Id highly suggest staying away from this place since they dont value their customers.

Mr. Jose employee very bad attitude no professionalism no courtesy at all I just bought a LED light for my business light fell down little crack did not want to replace or no exchange I didn’t ask you for my money but just told me I can I do nothing for you I will never come back to your store never seen a person like this in my whole entire life

Thank you to Tiffany and Promotional signs. I was struggling with an idea about creating signage for a Cat Shelter fundraiser. I reached out to them with my idea, much to my great surprise and pleasure, they developed several ideas overnight and were able to come up with an amazing solution for a feather sign quickly! The sign was shipped quicky and in time for the event. The quality of the sign and printing was great. The signage worked extremely well, the attendance at the event was good, and got a lot of great feedback on the feather flag and everyone loved how it looked.
