Let me just say that I didnt like this location at all. 1, customer service was not there. 2, I couldnt find someone to attend us. 3, I had to go get the young lady from the fitting room to come and assist us be cause the lady behind the register was on the phone. I walked up to her and said excuse me, I have a quick question. And her reply was, the line is over there. Yeah dont think well be going there again.

The sales are great! This store isnt the friendliest to navigate. Part of it is because of where all the sale items are. They usually put them closest to the registers making it super hard to take your time. Shoppers waiting to pay hover around this area, making it less welcoming for quick shopping.

I had a great experience while shopping at the store. Ive been looking for a dress for New Years and was about to give up when I saw the perfect dress. I asked an employee if they had any more dresses but it was the last one and they gladly took it off the mannequin for me. Some of the dresses in the store were good but overall the prices are very reasonable and the employee was super friendly, she actually gave me a hug when I was leaving. If you have a last minute event or just browsing, this store has dresses for all occasions!

I like shopping here because it’s nice atmosphere & the clothes are trendy! The clothes are somewhat similar to Fashion Nova and some are a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I’d keep going back. I also like that if you don’t like a certain clothing after you bought it, you can return it with the tag before two weeks. I like to change my mind a lot.

I had visited on Sunday and I was upset that a dress that I really wanted wasnt in my size, I thought it was because of my weight, I was so panicked because homecoming was in a week, one of the coworkers comforted me and gave me a bottle of water, then a lady that worked there as well kept comforting me and she was searching around different states to see if they had the dress in my size, luckily she found it and I was so relieved, thank you guys so much :)

The clothes are very cheaply made and are way over priced. I went in to try on a dress for a friends wedding and the dress was damaged. The manager stated that I could order a dress from another store and when she called to ask them the condition of the dress they stated it was good immediately with no time to go and check on the actual condition. She told me it would take a week to get the dress in from Dallas. I received a call 2 days later that the dress arrived from Austin. When I went in to try on the dress she stated that I would have to pay for shipping and the price of the dress. I went in to try it and the dress was even more damaged than the first one that I tried on and the damages that were there were the same damages as the original dress I tried on. When I brought this up to the manager she stated that it was from the other store. I asked if there were any other smalls I could try on (the size of the original dress I tried on) and I was told that there were no smalls left. This is when I became CERTAIN that it was the EXACT SAME dress as the original damaged one I tried on and heres why:- The dress should have taken a week to get there and it miraculously got there in 2 days.- The dress was damaged in the exact same spots as the original one plus some.- The size small dress I originally tried on was somehow no longer available and I find it very hard to believe that someone bought the damaged dress between then and the day I came back.I was told that I could get $14 off of the dress and I had to fight for 30% off and free shipping which I believe is very little to ask for for how damaged the dress was and for being lied to about the dress being delivered to me. I am putting 3 stars because the manager did finally do the right thing and gave me 30% off the dress and provided me an additional 20 percent off (in store only not online ) for the next time I come in (I will never go shop there again).

This mall is so ghetto. I saw a ton of people without masks or wearing them below their nose and even some hood rat with 2 children that did not have shoes on as well as a dozen people in house shoes. Smdh

I definitely wont be shopping in store anytime soon. I went in to look for a specific top, which the store didnt have so I ordered it online at the cash register in order to get free shipping. The girl at the cash register didnt show me the total or any of my information to make sure it was correct. I only wanted one top but she charged me for two, just so that I can get free shipping (?!) She didnt even ask me if that was okay. I never got an email confirmation and it turns out that she misspelled my email address even though I repeated it to her several times and my email address is mainly comprised of my last name. I never even got a paper receipt with an order number until I went back into the store half an hour later after receiving no email confirmation. I think the store manager did anything she could to get me out of the store. They did absolutely nothing to help me except give me a number to call. It was the district managers number and she never called me back after leaving a voicemail. Windsor store never replied to my email. I had to call customer service where the girl on the line just kept making excuses for the very poor customer service. They finally corrected my mistake but I wont receive my credit for another 2 weeks which is absurd and the worst part of it is that I cant even track my order because she entered in the wrong email address. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. Ill just stick to shopping online.
