Willowbrook mall is just ok. Nothing special. Nothing special. The same shops as everywhere. playground for children and of course the food court. Very clean, not too crowded. Just typical American mall.

My favorite store is Miss A, cheap and great items.They have Cotton On store brand from Australia.

This was a first time visit for me and I really liked this mall. Its not too large and has some fun stores like Miss A, Bath and Body Works, Typo and a few others all in the same hall. As a person with back problems, I appreciated that were some nice areas to stop and sit down for a bit. As a whole, the mall was very clean and looked well cared for. There was plenty of parking.

I still enjoy going to the mall.Having access to a variety of stores all in one place, where you can actually see and touch before you buy, is awesome.This mall is clean and still offers a lot of great stores.

All your needs. Had a great shopping day at Dillards. Found some really great deals. We like shopping her. No empty stores. Pretty rare.

I love coming to this mall, its close to home and there are different style stores to go into.

I love the small because it has four or five stores that specifically for nerds like myself. They have think geek, culture shock, and some other nerdy stores that will tickle your fancy. Highly recommend going there just for those stores if nothing else.

Great variety of fashion and lifestyle retail shops both major and independent, and the food court is always getting better! Some of Houstons best people always work here!

This mall used to be great, been going there for forty years. Now its just a shell of its former self. Used to be a place for families and a sense of community. I wish malls would return.

Back in the 90s and early 2000s this place was great. Now its sad to see so many empty storefronts. Almost reminds me of Greenpoint mall.

I go there to walk, more than shop. The mall stores open at 11:00, but I and several other old folks get there earlier.Once all the way around the mall is about 1.16 miles.Its air conditioned.No rain.Smooth flat surface.Clean.Safe.Restrooms.Plenty of places to sit and take a break.And, free.I do show my appreciation by going to the stores in the mall for anything I need and can get there.

Disaster waiting to happen. Willowbrook Mall is dying. I never seen a more desolate Mall during the Holidays shopping time .Such a pity . This is a great location. Buf it requires a total revamping immediately!

BEWARE of the men who sit in the massaging chairs in front of the bathrooms in the food court. I noticed some looking at little girls in not a good way. (Lustful eyes) I hate this mall too. Changed it so much since i was little.

This mall has a much better store selection than The Woodlands Mall. Each store has a nice selection and in general is a little bit bigger than the stores up in The Woodlands. The parking situation is good and I like the variety of restaurants around the area too. The parking lot is not the safest so I would stay off the phone when out in the parking lot. Minimal complaints with this mall.

Mediocre. You can see its age. Its one story and only one direction like an indoor strip mall. Could use some updating both inside and out. Food court bathrooms are very elegant surprisingly.

For the price I paid, I think it was very good overall experience. Hotel is right on the beach front. Rooms are good, breakfast is served hot (with option to prepare fresh tacos and Omlete). They have outdoor swimming pool with heated water, showers to wash sand off. On site bar and seafood bar, right next.to pool. There are around 10 Tesla charging points as well.

I love this mall, clean and definitely a great location. Ill definitely keep shopping here and recommend to family and friends.

Place is huge and well-kept. It is a little hard to navigate, but with so many stores, at least youre entertained while youre trying to find your way to whatever entrance you think you came in through.Its got all the classic mall stores - Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works, and the like - but theyve also got some smaller independent shops there too that are just as fun if not more so. Definitely worth a little day trip.

Pretty clean and it seems like they have better stores than they had a few years ago. Downside is some of the vendors try to stop you to sell their products, but I think youll get that at any mall.

Lol people actually still go to malls. I like this mall a lot better than the Woodlands because they have better store selections. I only came here to get a bunch of stuff for my boyfriend’s daughter because her birthday was coming up. I went crazy in there, omg I love shopping for babies.

Good mall. Always full of shoppers. No vacancies unlike other dead or dieing malls. Full of beautiful glittering shops, with latest merchandise, clean a wonderful experience.

As far as malls go this one is still pretty good. Alot of old standard stores mixed with some newer ones that gives you a variety of places to visit.

Place is nice and clean just going to go at the right time when we went people were school shopping lots of people it was crowded but overall people at the stores were very helpful and they have a lot of food to choose from

I love Malls( Period ) 😊. This mall is extremely Clean and relatively has most stores people are looking for. Nevertheless, I do wish they had a few more main stream stores. Yet I was still satisfied going there. Great experiences so far 🙌💖👌. I GIVE IT A 3 AND 1/2 STARS. Solid mall 😃

Love this mall! I love Macy’s. It is my all time favorite store and I can’t get enough of them. Willowbrook Mall is convenient, and you can get there regardless of if you have a car or not. The metro bus is in range of the Mall. Every time I go to this mall, I end up spending hours and hours here because I can’t even choose between all the awesome things they have! I don’t have enough time to come to this mall all the time, but when I have some extra time and money, it is one of my favorite places to go.

Some of the interior needs to be updated and not look outdated from 20 years back.They still have all the major retailers and have ample parking compared to other malls.

I would have given a 5 Star but it was Extremely Too crowded and I felt too Closed in to the point of a Panic Attack🤦. Very little Walking space to Comfortably move around. Zigzagging in and out and Around a Mass of Ppl. Too much too soon. Perfect for those that are Ready but for those still Unsure... Choose hours Early in the day and avoid Weekend hours for now.

Its nice to see a mall that isnt completely empty but the building needs some work and a some upgrade.

We have been going to this mall for 10+ years and have seen it grow and change.Lately they have made some very nice upgrades, have moved some stores around and really cleaned the place up.The food court is probably the nicest it has ever been and now they have a Dick’s sporting goods store that really adds to the selection.

This mall appeals to the low quality materials. I was also NOT impressed that the security had the nerve to ask me what my certified service dog was for. Then told me she couldnt be in the mall. She ran away after I threatened to sue. Mall cops do NOT have a say in the law. They do NOT have permission to ask what she is used for, and I already have a lawyer on retainer. Im the worst person to mess with. I would automatically win once showing her license. Plus, I have over 100k in my bank account let alone my stock portfolio. So, I have the money, the follow through, and I already have a lawyer. I expect to never be bothered again about this. Next time it will be recorded.

I always enjoy this Mall for shopping or just walking around inside.

I only go to this mall when Im in a hurry and because its close to home. When I want to go to a nice mall I go to the Woodlands. The area surrounding the mall has declined. High crime area. Its actually scary to go there. I have to carry my gun with me. I wouldnt recommend this mall at all.

I love how big the mall is, the stores are quite expansive as well! Im not from Texas, so this was a surprise! The malls where I come from are typically smaller and less busy. But nevertheless, I loved coming here. Its so lively and the people are very interesting. The stores seriously are like mini entire shops, man.

Train ride was cool! Grandbabies loved it!

Not a bad mall I didn’t go to the galleria but chose to stop by this mall instead, my initial impression going to Willowbrook wasn’t bad. The area was decent and the atmosphere was very open!

It is really nice and a lot of people shopping. The food court is awesome. They have a nice selection of stores. Plus the Mexican food restaurant inside is delicious.

Simply one of the best malls Ive been to. Not to big n not to small. Had all the sweet spots, Cinnabon, cookie carousel, n the ice cream! Some of the best stores with the things I luv to buy, Anime, horror, collectable items, Disney, a variety of things. I will definitely b returning again n again! Stop by if u havent already n go back if u have 😝😄!

We went here on a Wednesday. Its getting crowded now that restrictions are eventually being lifted. My kid enjoyed going to the Apple Store.

A lot of the stores have sanitizer and there is sanitizer all over the mall. The place was clean. There were stores and food places shut down.

This mall still have vendors open and most stores open, its just that most store still don’t allow fitting room open but few are recently opening their fitting room. Still thankful for stores and businesses to still open and make life live normal in a way.

I went to this mall today and it was amazing. They have amazing stores like H&M, Apple, Zara, and Abercrombie which the Woodlands doesnt have. The mall is small but it’s the best mall in Houston! They have a lot of good stores
