I went into this store to find a new set of luggage for my trip. Ben helped me out with this daunting task. He was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back when I need another suitcase. I called a few days after my purchase to ask about the warranty. He really helped me to understand the process. I feel so much better buying Samsonite.

Samsonite luggage is great, but a storefront shouldnt make me feel like Id be better off shopping online.

Terrible warranty and customer service.I purchased my suitcase and using it for 1st time I realized that the wheels dont spin well and get stuck, so I call for a warranty and here I am 4 months trying to get the suitcase fixed and NOTHING so far.This literally Suck.

Very good selection and good service in this location. Staff is extremely helpful.
